After the failure of the First Revolutionary War in China,the Chinese Communists summed up the profound lessons of the failure and put forward a slogan that one will beat the enemy with his left hand holding leaflets and the right hand grasping bullets.They realized that only combination of the armed struggle with the public opinion will guarantee the win of the Revolutionary War.In this case,publicity and encouragement were carried out actively under the guidance of Marx and Lenin 's public opinions.From 1929 to 1931,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a series of documents on public opinions,which provided a important principle and policy guidance for the initial issue of Red China.On 11,Dec.1931,the Red China started publication.It aimed at establishing a vast majority of the Soviet base,setting up a large-scale Red Army and launching a large-scale revolutionary war either in the central base or the northwest base which had resumed his publication.It focuses on publicizing revolutionary struggle,on the Party's principles and policies and on the achievements made in economical construction in the base.It is used to educate,organize and mobilize the masses of workers and peasants to fight for the key task of the revolutionary bases,and thus Marxism-Leninism was spread and ideological consciousness of the Soviet soldiers and civilians were improved,which played an important role of ensuring the armed struggle and economic construction,inspiring the product enthusiasm and revolutionary morale of the masses of workers and peasants,and gathering a strong spiritual strength.With the spirit of hard working,Red China is characterized by the targeted public opinion language,closing to the masses of workers and publicizing in form of formats that people are happy to see.It had become the way of publicity and a favorable weapon with which the Communist Party of China consolidated the democratic regime of democratic regime of the workers and peasants.Its public opinions not only offered help to the soldiers and civilians in the base to set up a firm belief in following the party,promote their ideological consciousness and inspire them to fight with the enemy,but also brought some impact on the KMT.It laid a solid foundation for the victory of the Chinese revolution by kindling fire of the Chinese revolution,spreading the national anti-Japanese war and creating public opinion for a peaceful solution to the Xi'an Incident.Red China made a historic contribution to the Chinese revolution in promoting the onstruction of the revolutionary power of the workers and peasants,in strengthening the friendship between the soldiers and the people and in enlarging the scale of the Red Army.With the influence of "Left" Thought in the Party at that time,Red China also has some limitations which bring some harm to the revolution.In the view of its experiences or even lessons in public opinions,one should adhere to the Marxist as his guidance to avoiding outof-reality ideological tendencies in the reform and opening up;one should adhere to the unity of party spirit and people to reflect the purpose of serving the people and adhere to the typical publicity to show clear-cut political attitude.One should inherit the fine tradition and has the courage in innovation to bring the Party's public opinion to a new level.
