Research On Financing Support For Cultural Industry In China

At the beginning of this century,China has formulated the Strategy for Building a culturally strong country.In recent years,the cultural industry of China has made great progress.The minority cultural industry marked with late start,and there still remain some problems in financial support,these problems become the limiting factors of their own development.The research on the financing support of minority cultural industry not only provides theoretical support and policy guidance for the financing activities of minority cultural industry in China,but also has a great practical significance to the economic booms of China's ethnic minorities,regional harmonious development,national unity,social stability in ethnic minority Areas.At present,there are few researches on the financial support of minority cultural industry in our country,and it is lack of the systematic summary of the financing needs of different types of minority cultural enterprises and the corresponding financing methods.As a special cultural industry,minority cultural industry has its own characteristics in the aspects of industrial property,industrial status and external environment.Therefore,this paper attempts to learn from the experience of developed countries all over the world,combining the domestic related cases,discussing from three aspects:Internal factors,industry factors,basic supportive factors,researching of the causes and reasons of minority cultural industry financial support problems.Finally,this paper puts forward the relative measures to deal with minority cultural industry financial support problems.The full text is divided into seven major parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper introduces the background and meanings of selected topic,the research commentary at home and abroad,writing logic,primary coverage,research method and innovation and weakness.The second part is the chapter 1,expounding the theoretic basis and research framework of full text.This part defines conception of the minority cultural industry,explains five industry's characteristics,and divides the minority cultural industry to four types:media,infrastructure,manufacture,entertainment,according to industry content.This paper illustrates the importance and necessity of the minority cultural industry.The paper defines some concepts of minority cultural industry finance,and proposes the basic factors that affect the financial support.These basic factors relate to financial theory,enterprise management theory,China minority financing support of ethnic minority cultural industry from four angles.The cultural industry financing mode of developed countries is summarized into three types:the market-based model,the industries should choose the suitable financing modes according to financing characteristics of different industries types,and introduce some new universal financing methods.The minority cultural
