A Study On The Creation Of Khorchin Chinese Novel Since The New Period

As a typica l representative of Khorchin reg ional literature,Khorchin Chinese novel possesses strong national ch aracter and distinct locality.Compared with the “Seventeen Years” literary period,Khorch in Chinese novel has m ade considerable progress since the new period,which has e xpanded its creation group,enriched the types of topics as well as diversely and deeply reflected the social life of Khorchin.The present paper attempts to do a m ulti-dimensions study on Khorchin Chin ese novels since the new period from both m acro and m icro perspective,so as to comprehensively and truly reveal the styles and features of K horchin Chinese novels' creation.This paper contains the following parts:The Introduction consists of two parts.In the first part,the author m akes a definition defines the term of “Khorchin” from historical and cultural perspective,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study range of this paper.As a proper noun,the reference of “Khorchin” has ch anged from time to time in the chan ging history,which makes it dif ficult to def ine Khorchin.However,Khorchin's historical development is also a sym bol of its rich historical and cultural connotation.Thus,the “signifier” and “s ignified” of “Khorchin” alw ays reinforce each other.Firstly,the “signifier” of Khorchin reveals the evol ution process from a tribe-nam e to a place-name.As a tribe-nam e,“Khorchin” refers to a grou p of tribes headed by the descendants of Jenghiz Khan's brother Habtoor Qasar;as a place-nam e,it's the joint name of the wide habitable area centered by H orqin Grassland.Secondly,from the perspective of its “signified”,“Khorchin” has dual cultural connotations with national and regional characters.The second part is m ainly about the analysis of the research range,current situation,purpose and signi ficance of the study,idea and m ethod of Khorchin Chinese novel in the new period,which provides a theoretical foundation for the study.There are four parts in the main body,and the main contents are as follows:Firstly,the creation of Khorchin C hinese novel since the ne w period is open.T o begin with,the creation group of Khorchin Chinese novel it is open,compared with the sole creation group of Mongol in the “Seventeen Y ears” literary period,which demonstrates the co-creation of multiple nationalities.Among these creation g roups,the Mongolian writers played the main role in the period of continuing with the past and opening up with the future,which m ade dominant contribution to the flourish and development of Khorchin Chinese novel' s creation.The writers of Han and the other nationalities' joining bring new forc e to the Khorchin Chinese novel.In addition,the creation perspective is becoming more and more wide,which has enriched the themes and made great progress com pared with the “Seventeen Years” literary period.In the “Seventeen Years” literary period,Khorchin Chinese novels are praising and persisting in the theme of the leadership of CPC,which consists of two major kinds: one is about Mongolian ranch life and the other is about revolutionary history.Since the new period,Khorchin Chinese novels has diversified it s themes and expanded its subjects on the basis of the original ones,and the novels about history and ranch life has become more varied.Meanwhile,there are urban and rural life them ed novels,which m akes Khorchin Chinese novels more and more diversified and pluralistic.Secondly,since the new period,the histor ical writings of Khorchin Chinese novels are modern,and a prominent phenomenon is the prevailing of the history novels which center on the “golden fam ily” of J enghiz Khan and his decedents.The modernity is a kind of aesth etic modernity a nd it surpa sses and denies of social modernity or ration.Literature is not sim ply copying or reflecting the social life and history,indeed it is aesthetic creation of artistic reality on the basis of the reflection of real life,which is deeply embodied in the historical writings of “golden family”.In the first place,from history rationality,the new historic horizon is the outstanding feature of the historical writings of “golden family”.The conception of history under the new historic horizon of the “golden family” is the expression of its historic rationality.The conception of history depends on the theories of the new historic horizon and consists of personal ideas as well.Under the influence of the conception,the historical writings of Khorchin Chinese novels attach more attention to the history of the “golden family”,which are objective to the historic value j udgment.Then,the creation of the historical figures is another im portant factor in the aesthetic and modern writings of “golden family”.The about the mythological combination of history and realism,the simulation and imaginary of national sociology and culture as well as the proper introduction of myths and legends.Calm narration means to fully believe in the narratives and to break the boundaries between the things that appear to be real and m agic in a “fearless” intonation.Mysterious narration is a comm on form of real artistic depiction in m agic realism literature,which is the depiction of the m ysterious social life and the resurgence of the miscellaneous belief deeply-rooted in national tradition.
