A Study On Chinese Traditional Opera Yue Ling Cheng Ying In Qing Court

The study object of this paper is Chinese Traditional Opera Yue Ling Cheng Ying in Qing Court. In this paper, based on the literature study method, integrated with the script and the file copies handed down from ancient times, the study focus on the different aspects of it. The study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter,review the study history of it in a century, and define the study object as the opera usually performed in Qing Court on festivals,. content is closely related to the festival customs,and accordingly puts forward the three main criteria for its judgment: the first is the whether show time is relatively concentrated in a seasonal point;the second is whether have direct illuminations of the festival in script; the third is whether the script obviously show the imprint of festive customs.The second chapter, mainly sort out the overall situation of it, the study focus on four aspects: historical origin, folk festivals, the remained script, type division and so on.According to the characteristics of script, trace the origin for its formation. And according to the analysis of festivals, that companioned the performance of Yue Ling Cheng Ying, to better understand perform background of it. On this basis, define the demarcation of its epitaxial. At the same time,make a statistics of the number of script handed down. And base on different performance characteristics, divide Yue Ling Cheng Ying into two kinds,that is Yi Dian Xi and Guan Shang xi, to. better grasp their respective characteristics.The third chapter, mainly study on four aspects of the script , i.e. the script form,script type, script adaptation and script characteristics. First of all, from the appearance,written form, writing content, the change of title, to make an intuitive observation of the script. Then, to define seven different type scripts often seen, i.e. Zong Ben,Jiao Ben,Qu PU,Chuan Tou(Pai Chang),Chuan Guan,Ti Gang,Gu Ben and AnDian Ben.The adaptation of script can be summarized delete and change.The characteristics of Yue Ling Cheng Ying embodied in four aspects, i.e. the show of festival background, the Praise for the emperor and Queen Mother, rich in folk-customs and funny entertainment.The fourth chapter, mainly study on four aspects of the performance, i.e.the personnel participate in the performance, exercises and rehearsal, the performance management and features. Around where the personnel come from, how to rehearsal and organize the performance etc. to recognize Yue Ling Cheng Ying. And according to the actual performance, its performance characteristics can be boil down to four points,i.e.largely cast participate in performance, Perform On the large stage, actors wear exquisite costumes, piece together picture.The fifth chapter, choose the Dragon-Boat Festival play Chan Dao Chu Xie as a typical case to conduct a further study. The study focus on the script, performing, stage,actor, costume and performance form.
