It Restricts The Three-factor Theory Of Traditional Tibetan Medicine “rtsa Sbyongs” Therapy And Its Sustainable Development Research

In Tibetan Medicine(TM),rtsa sbyongs is generally defined as the medicine that washes away the causes of disease from the body channels.rtsa sbyongs has been an important technique of the TM which has developed in the regions of the Tibetan Plateau for over1300 years.The name is derived from rtsa which means body channel and sbyong which means treatment or transformation.However,the treatment of rtsa sbyongs has over time fallen outside the general corpus of the four-tantric aspects of TM.In order to strengthen and develop rtsa sbyongs treatment,this paper deals with three questions.The first is the standardization of the application of rtsa sbyongs as a treatment,the second part deals with the effectiveness of rtsa sbyongs in healing rheumatoid arthritis.The third part is the use of rtsa sbyongs as replacement medicine for diseases treated with Mylabrisphalenta pallas.In order to answer the above questions,both qualitative and quantitative methods were used.In the first part,a qualitative method was used,while quantitative methods were applied for research on parts two and three in order to test hypotheses.rtsa sbyongs has for example shown positive results in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Medicine from martin/swallow(Hirunddo spp)palettes has been used as an alternative for rtsa sbyongs treatment made from Mylabrisphalenta pallas and also to check possible differences between changpa dunpa and changsim dunpa treatment and rtsa sbyongs practice.The standard for application of changsim dunpa for changpa dunpa for rtsa sbyonsg was tested by both standard and alternative hypotheses.For hypothesis testing,the critical alpha value was set to 0.01.R software was used to analyze data and paired tests were used.The results were that in the first part,the standard of rtsa sbyongs was formed.In the second part it was shown that statistically significant treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with rtsa sbyongs was revealed(relevant variables were p<0.001).Most importantly.symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis identified by western medicine and verified by X-ray positively responded to rtsa sbyongs treatment(....)However,rheumatoid arthritis was not statistically affected at the beginning of the rtsa sbyongs treatment(relevant variables were p<0.001)while WBC(:t =5.1751,df = 23,p<0.00001)and Gran cells(t = 4.73,df =23,p<0.00001)were significantly altered.Moreover,Health Answer Questions(HAQ)were also affected(relevant variables were p<0.001),indicating support of the standard of rtsa sbyongs practice at a quantitative level.The third part with replacement medicine showed similar results(relevant variables were p>0.01).Finally,the taking of both medicines simultaneously had no negative effects on the blood system,kidney and liver function,heart rate,B wave,or of the body fluids(relevant variables were p>0.01)To conclude,the research suggests that assumptions of the four-tantra Tibetan medicine in relation to rtsa sbyongs are proved correct by standard rtsa sbyongs treatment and replaceable medicine.Also,both qualitative and quantitative results indicate that rheumatoid arthritis can be effectively and safely treated by rtsa sbyongs with standard doctors.This is highlighted in the first part.
