| ObjectiveArranging Wang Daokun professor’s academic experience and medication rule of treating chronic atrophic gastritis by systematic data analysis,at the same time,developing clinical research on huayuxiaopi decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis,the purpose is to refine,sublimate and inherit Wang Daokun professor’s academic thoughts in treating chronic atrophic gastritis,providing some referential academic experience for clinical prevention and treatment of the disease.MethodsOn the basis of learning from a teacher and clinical syndrome,and combined with the clinical research progress of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine on chronic atrophic gastritis,the teacher’s academic origin and characteristics,academic experience of treating chronic atrophic gastritis,we summarized medication rule and defined research contents which include clinical research and case summary of huayuxiaopi decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis,etc.The first part of the paper arranges historical development of physicians over the ages on pathogenesis,syndrome factors,syndrome differentiation and using prescription of stomach pi-syndrome by the research method of literature summary,especially masters in traditional Chinese medicine follow the predecessors’speech,and obtain own attainment and experience in controling atrophic gastritis by traditional Chinese medicine,providing valuable academic experience and expanding our academic horizons and clinical thoughts;the second part summarizes the teacher’ s academic origin and main characteristics of clinical syndrome;combined with literature analysis and experience,the third part summarizes academic experience of treating atrophic gastritis;the fourth part is comprehensive research of clinical cases,we grasp accurately thinking and methods of professor wang treating chronic atrophic gastritis by collecting and analyzing clinical cases;in the fifth part,we survey prescription datas of professor wang treating chronic atrophic gastritis by traditional Chinese medicine inherited supporting system V2.5(TCMISS V2.5),then,in the circumstances,we utilize various data mining methods to statistics and analyse the experience in drug application,composing principle and characteristics of the formulas of professor wang on chronic atrophic gastritis and the analysis results are made a visual display in network;the main idea of the sixth part is to discuss evaluation of clinical curative effect of huayuxiaopi decoction on main symptoms,secondary symptoms,gastroscope and pathological examination of atrophic gastritis by comparing pretherapy and post-treatment.ResultsThe core pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis is summarized as follows by the chief physician Wang Daokun:(1)the weakness of the spleen and stomach,transport disorder are the main pathogenesis of occurrence of atrophic gastritis;(2)disturbance in ascending and descending,qi-movement disturbance are the main characteristics of atrophic gastritis;(3)phlegm and blood stasis,toxin invasion are the main crux of the further development and deterioration of atrophic gastritis.We should pay attention to activities of qi hoisting of spleen and stomach in specific treatment and prescription,which is related to weakness in the spleen(stomach)of atrophic gastritis function and pathological features of atrophic intestinal and hyperplasia lesions in stomach,pay attention to tonify the spleen and the kidney related to mutual help of congenital foundation and source of acquired constitution,to control chronic atrophic gastritis by adjusting the spleen-kidney,elevating yang-qi,strengthening the right and dispeling the evil.Finally,in order to reverse atrophy and hyperplasia of gland and prevent canceration,we should attach importance to dissipate phlegm and remove blood stasis,promote blood circulation.The main of thoughts in formulating prescriptions of Wang Daokun treating chronic atrophic gastritis is invigorating spleen and supplementing qi,strengthening spleen and soothing liver,and the secondary is activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis;we find strengthening the body resistance is primary and driving away evil is secondary,that is strengthening the spleen-qi Qi and regulating qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach,supplemented with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis in professor Wang’s new prescription on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with hyperplasia by entropy hierarchical clustering analysis;thinking in selecting prescriptions of treating chronic atrophic gastritis with hyperplasia is atheriosclerosis combined with jianpiyiqi decoction,and core drug combinations reminder main thoughts in formulating prescriptions are promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,promoting qi circulation to break blood and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction,which embodies a therapeutic principle that is using durgs to treat chronic atrophic gastritis with hyperplasia is caused by pathogenesis transmutation of chronic diseases transforming to collaterals;basedon entropy and hierarchical method,we analyse that promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,promoting qi circulation to break blood and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction are preferential for the professor Wang treating chronic atrophic gastritis with hyperplasia;the high-frequency drug combinations of treating chronic atrophic gastritis(or with hyperplasia)are as follows:dangshen-white atractylodes rhizome,tangerine peel-tuckahoe,fructus aurantii immaturus-pinellia and magnolia officinalis-nard,semen raphani-medicated leaven,bupleurum-radix aucklandiae,ageratum-rhizoma alismatis,san qi(panax notoginseng)-dragon’s blood,radix actinidiae-white herba hedyotis diffusae,half lotus-scutellaria barbata,safflower-notoginseng,coix seed-radix actinidiae.Clinical research results of huayuxiaopi decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis show that average integral of the main symptoms reduces after treatment,andespecially average integral of three main symptoms including stomach distension,hypochondriac pain and tongue petechiae reduces and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);compared with pretherapy,average integral of the secondary symptoms decreases,and that of some secondary symptoms such as belching,anorexia,emaciation lowers and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);the results of gastroscope and pathological examination show integral of atrophy and intestinalization reduces after treatment and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);shrinking alleviator is 45 cases after treatment which make up 75 percent of the total,and intestinalization alleviator is 41 cases making up 68.3 percent of the total and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05),these suggest this treatment has certain curative effect on the improvement of atrophic gastritis and intestinalization.ConclusionBased on the chinese medicine treatment of local serious diseases in clinical practice,professor wang advocates that taste is the source of Qi-Xue and Yin-Yang,the health-preserving in four seasons and pacifying the five internal organs are based on the stomach gas,attaching importance to physiological function and property of taste in treating chronic atrophic gastritis;at the same time,he emphasizes that we should pay attention to following four aspects:physiological property of taste,pathological change of taste,combination of different syndrome and disease,combination of different syndrome and medicine;the professor also advocates that chronic atrophic gastritis generally occurs in spleen-stomach of middle energizer and is related to other viscera,meanwhile the taste and other organs should be paid attention,for the disease’s pathogenesis evolution characteristics,we should actively promote clinical experience,treatment characteristics and drug characteristics of treating chronic atrophic gastritis by using methods of relieing both primary and secondary symptoms,invigorating the spleen and reinforcing stomach,stasis-reducing and venation-flowing,etc.Clinical studies have confirmed huayuxiaopi decoction has certain curative effect on the improvement of primary and secondary symptoms,prevention and treatment of mucosa atrophy and intestinalization,providing an evidence for clinical applications of huayuxiaopi decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis. |
