The Clinical Experience And Academic Thoughts Of Treating Hyperlipidemia From The Dialectical Study Of "Phlegm And Blood Stasis" By Professor Zhou Zhongying

Objective:In this paper,based on the accumulation of hyperlipidemia cases as the research object of professor Zhou Zhongying in the past twenty years.Through careful reading and pondering,careful analysis,using the modern computer technology and means and methods of data mining,with the characteristic of "phlegm and blood stasis" as the direction,from the point of view of symptoms,tongue and pulse,pathogenesis,medicine and so on,to sum up the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia,as well as the clinical syndrome essentials and medication experience,to supple and improve academic ideology from phlegm treatment of hyperlipidemia,to heritage academic experience of Zhou lao,to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods:Using Medcase V3.2 storehouse and diagnosis basis data recording system,to search "hyperlipidemia" for disease diagnosis keyword,defined by time,collected and collated the cases of hyperlipidemia treatment of Zhou Lao from August 1986 to November 2014.In strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,screened out 861 diagnostic information,standarded and cleared-up the medical records data on the database,established a unified standard and structured data acquisition,storage data warehouse and data mining analysis system based on TCM theory,based on FPGrowth algorithm as the core algorithm of data association rules analysis platform(ARAP,Association Rule Analysis Platform),after cleaning the secondary disease library database into MRMES on the ARAP,an Improved FPGrowth Algorithm for Data Mining Model of Reinforcement Association Rules,the Xminer Operation Tool is used to mine the data and analyze the data logically,decomposition and graphical representation of metrological trend data using Medcase Chart.According to statistical analysis results,to summarize the experience from the tongue,pulse,pathogenesis,prescription medication and other aspects.The whole process with the careful reading,repeatedly ponder and careful analysis of Zhou Lao related monographs and medical cases,to summarize the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia,as well as clinical syndrome differentiation and medication experience.Results:Medical records of a total of 861 cases(285 person-time),Including 156 males and 129 females.Age of onset of the lowest 8 years,the highest 86 years old,the average age of 54.65 years old,60 to 70 years old among the widest population;Symptoms of the distribution of the top 10 symptoms are dizziness,dry mouth,limb numbness,limb pain,loose stools,fatigue,chest tightness,limbs,soft,insomnia,body swelling;The tongue is mostly dark purple(53%),tongue(30%),yellow greasy moss(51%);clinical more slippery,fine,string,astringent four pulse,respectively,64%,62%28%,19%;Pathogen summary more liver and kidney deficiency(27%),phlegm stasis(24%);liver(55%),kidney(47%),spleen(10%)were mainly involved in liver,spleen,kidney,lung,heart,stomach,gallbladder and blood;Pathological factors sputum,blood stasis accounted for 40%and 39%;followed by wet,heat,accounting for 25%,27%,followed by wind,fire,turbidity,poison,respectively,22%,3%,3%,1%;Pathological factors were associated with phlegm(32.5%),stasis(25.2%),and hot and humid(22.3%)were the most common;Treatment of drug frequency before the 30 were Salvia,silkworm,hawthorn,Alisma,Sangzheng,Shouwu,Tianma,medlar,Prunella,Rehmannia,Tribulus terrestris,Chuanxiong,Cassia,ghost arrow feathers,Pueraria,Dendrobium,Ze Blue,turmeric,seaweed,Pinellia,Scrophulariaceae,capillaris,Polygonatum,Ophiopogon japonicus,Digupi,red peony,herb,Coptis,Millettia,Bupleurum.Symptoms within the associated dizziness?headache?visual paste ? tinnitus ? chest tightness between the close(confidence 0.4-0.8),tongue in the tongue in the dark(red)?yellow greasy moss with closely related;Pathway in the liver and kidney deficiency ? phlegm stagnation network support the highest(0.1206),pulse within the association of the confidence of 1.0 in the Shen fine,number,string ? slip,number,small ? slippery,pathogenesis of the liver Kidney deficiency ? phlegm and blood stasis support the highest degree of drug-related in the first black ? mulberry parasitic ? silkworm ?
