The Study Of Bian-stone Heat Transfer Performance On Simulation Human And Clinical Application

Objective:(1)The clinical operation of Bian-stone is varied,little researches has been reported currently.This study discussed the relationship between heat transfer behavior and clinical effect on the Bian-stone warm therapy.On the one hand,this paper research many factors may influence the heat transfer effect,such as the temperature in treatment,the thickness of stone,the material of stone,so as to standardize the clinical operation of Bian-stone therapy,and promote the clinical application standardized and maximized.on the other hand,according to compare several stone materials,this study try to provide theory support on the reason why people chose Si Bin floating stone as the best material in all ages.(2)This paper analyzied the heat transfer differences on five shu points,to explore the meridian theory of five shu points.This study try to use modern scientific method to explain the meridian theory of five shu points in Traditional Chinese Medicine.(3)The new theory of Bian-stone warm therapy is proposed,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the new system are discussed.This new system is more safety,green,and environmental friendly.Which can he used in the design of Bian-stone therapy bed,he.alth care room.these all promoting the promote the popularization the therapy and its application in health care,exploring the modernized development of traditional Chinese medicine in health industry.Method:(1)Two-dimensional(2D)and three-dimensional(3D)mathematical model of human body model has been established.This chapter has established a two-dimensional mathematical model of human body and three-dimensional model in part,the paper use numerical methods to study the heat transfer performance of human body.This study was guided by the research team of the University of Notre Dame,they supported the operation of the ANSYS system,established the 2D and 3D model,and made numerical calculation.This is basic reason to complete the study successfully.(2)The heat transfer performance on different condition has been analvzied.Based on the computer model,studying the heat conduct behavior in the human body by the theoretical model and numerical simulation.The heat transfer specificity of the Bian-stone Warming therapy on five shu points has been deeply research,the kidney meridian is taken as an example to discuss the relationship between the qi-blood circulation and the heat transfer,the aim is to find the rule of heat transfer on five shu point,study the ancient meridian theory by modern scientific research methods.This study set parameters to make sensitivity analysis,compared heat transfer performance in conditions as different temperature,thickness,and material of stone,On the one hand,we summarized the rules of heat stone therapy and the conditions to the maximum heat,which promoting to maximize the temperature Bian-stone and optimize the clinical application,on the other hand,compared the heat transfer performance of Sibin Bian-stone and other stones,such as granite,limestone,sandstone and sand,the advantages of Bian-stone has heen concluded,which provide evidences that Sibin Bian-stone is the best material of Bian-stone therapy.(3)the study on new solar system of Bian-stone warm therapy.This study take modern scientific method to optimize the application on the Bian-stone therapy.this paper proposed a new system:a safety warm method of solar collector.Based on the mathematical model of the new solar energy,the paper developed performance and sensitivity analysis on the new solar system of Bian-stone warm therapy,analyzed several factors may work on the temperature variation from Bian-stone to human,the solar radiation,the length of the tube,the thickness of the insulation layer and the temperature change rate of the water flow in the pipe.This paper discussed the feasibility and effectiveness of the new system,expended the application in health preservation,include the design of Bian-stone therapy bed,health care room.these all promoting the the popularization of the therapy in health industry.exploring the new ideas of the application of Bian-stone warm therapy in modern science.Result:(1)literature researchThis paper give a comprehensive literature review on Bian-stone therapy,including the origin,development,clinical application.The The ancient and modern research of Five-Shu points.Study found that Bian-stone therapy has been called Bian-shu in ancient ages,was the head of five medical skill,they others are the needle,moxibustion,medicine,guided,had been recorded in The Yellow Emperor’s Internal Canon of Medicine.Bian-stone therapy is important in traditional Chinese medicine,it has experienced the origin,development,loss,and refound.Bian-stone therapy originated in the Neolithic Age,and been widely used in ancient times,then began to lose in the Eastern Han Dynasty,lose thoroughly in Qing Dynasty.New Bian-stone therapy was born in 1930’ s,when the book of Bianjing come out,Sibin Bian-stone has been founded,Bian-stone therapy enter into a new age.Modern researches about Bian-stone contains two part:one is the special biophysical characteristics,the other is the clinical operation and observation.Literatures show that Bian-stone therapy has been used as joint disease,internal diseases such as stroke sequela,hypertension,coronary heart disease,insomnia,disease of department of gynecology,chronic fatigue syndrome has good clinical effect.Modern scholars proposed 16 skills of this therapy,and 3 kinds of operations has been concluded,they are induction therapy,temperature treatment,and Bian-stone technique,Bian-stone warm therapy,this study is focus on one of the temperature treatment.The tool and operation methods of Bian-stone is varied,there has no strict standard currently.The therapy has been used widely,also easy to form a standardized operation,it should be studied to optimize the clinical application.Sibin floating stone is a perfect stone,which has microcrystalline structure mainly contains nanocrystalline calcite,it has a wide ultrasonic electromagnetic waves,far infrared radiation spectrum,and the induction temperature effect on the surface of body.et al.Sibin Bian-stone has good clinical effect,related to the heat transfer performance,but little works has been reported about it,so this study about the Bian-stone warm therapy heat transfer behavior in human body is extremely important.(2)The study of heat transfer performanceThis paper established the 2D and 3D model to study the heat transfer performance.The mathematical model is very important,which is the foundation of the study,we have analyzed the characteristics of different points of heat transfer performance by the 3D model,compared the different condition by the 2D model.the complex model is the basis of the work,and the heat transfer performance and rule of Bian-stone warm therapy has been reported.Based on the 3D model,we analysis the different heat transfer performance of Yongquan and Yingu points,the results show that temperature raised in human tissuee mainly in the shallow skin tissue the skin surface temperature under 6 cm had little change.Comepare the two points,the heat transfer effect is different.with the heat of Bian-stone,the temperature of Yongquan point on the surface skin is 337K,the heat diffuse widely;under the skin surface 6 cm the temperature no longer change,the temperature is 306 K,the same as without heat.The temperature of Yingu point on the surface skin is 341K,the heat diffuse depthly;under the skin surface 6 cm the temperature is 307 K and still change,the temperature is 306K without heat.So the heat transfer effect of Yingu is better than that of Yongquan.Under the 2D model,The results show that the result of the time step of 0.05 seconds is smaller after 75 minutes and stable until 111.04 minutes.When the surface temperature of the stone is 45℃,the surface temperature of the skin,fat,muscle and bone are 42.1℃,41.1℃,39.0℃ and 37.3℃.the higher surface temperature of the stone is,the higher human body temperature is,furthermore,the temperature difference between the surface of the skin and Bian-stone is higer;the heat loss surrounding stone has small influence on body could be neglect.the thinner stone is better than others.Also proved that Bian-stone is much higher than granite,limestone,sandstone and sand,these all show that Bian-stone is good and effective when it used to do the warm therapy.Bian-stone heat penetration ability is much higher than the granite,Sandstone and sand,and resulting in higher temperatures in human tissue.(3)the new solar system of Bian-stone warm therapyBased on the mathematical model,we did the sensitivity analysis and heat transfer performance analysis.The calculated results and the sensitivity analysis have been demonstrated as follows.When starting from 5:00 a.m.,the Bian stone is gradually heated by solar radiation energy to the initial body temperature after operating for 29.9 min.It is proposed that the Bian stone can then be used on patients’ bodies after this period of 29.9 min.The average body temperature is heated to the target average body temperature of 45℃after a period of 57.2 min.Stronger solar radiation,or smaller or shorter pipe results in better performance of the novel system.Therefore,the therapy system can be used on patients earlier during the day.Early use of the thermal therapy system is a very important factor because the lowest ambient temperature is normally obtained early in the morning.Higher flow velocity of water leads to slightly better performance of the system at the expense of more electricity use,and very low water flow velocity causes poor mixing effect of the water,so a moderate water flow velocity is more suitable.The stone-body contact surface area has little influence on the temperature of stone and body and the critical time of reaching the target temperature.So this system is safe and feasible.Conclusion:(1)The paper study the heat transfer performance,the results show that the heat transfer effect of Yingu point is better than that of Yongquan point,Yongquan point is the jing point and Yingu point is the he point for for kidney meridian,jing point is the confluence of meridian,lack of qi and blood,he point is the of meridian,full of qi and blood.To some extent,this result proved that the qi-blood circulation on five point is relative to heat transfer performance,also shows the rule of meridian from jing point to he point.But because this study is limited by a computer simulation model simplification,regardless of the blood vessels,nerves,the characteristics of the tissue fluid,real hard to accurately reflect the characteristics of the meridian entry points,provides a way for the later research and reference,remains to be further study.(2)this study summarized the clinical application standardized operation scheme,such as the temperature in treatment,the thickness of stone,the material of stone.Study show the surface temperature 45℃ is more reasonable,it can maximize heat input to make the best clinical effect,the surface temperature is higher,the heat transfer performance is better.This paper recommended to set the initial temperature is 45 ℃ in clinical operation,the temperature is reasonable,it can maximize the temperature distribution in body tissue and not burn the skin.The temperature of Bian-tone surface and the human tissue is positive correlation;Thin stone is better on heat transfer effect;In clinical application,when the stone has been elected,the thickness of the stone needle shoud not be thick,the increase of thickness can reduce the heat transfer effect,it is recommended that a thin stone to make the tool,and proved that the heat penetration of Bian-stone is much higher than granite,limestone,sandstone and sand,these all showed that Bian-stone is good tool to the therapy,provided theory support on the reason why people chose Si Bin floating stone as the best material in all ages.(3)This paper designed a new Bian-stone warm system of solar energy,proposed the safe solar heating theory of Bian-stone,and use the new solar system to simulate the Bian-stone warm therapy,study show that the new system is feasible and effective.Compared to electric stone needle gauge or electric blanket,this system is more safety,environmental protection,green,it reduces accident rate,as electric stone needle gauge or electric blanket.The research opens a new train of thought on Bian-stone warm therapy,which laid the foundation on the modern development in traditional Chinese therapy.these all promoting the promote the popularization the therapy and its application in health care,exploring the modernized development of traditional Chinese medicine in health industry.Therefore,Bian-stone therapy is an important part in traditional Chinese therapy,it has important value and significance to research in modern science.
