Respiratory tract infection is the clinical common disease and frequently-encountered disease and even daily life, have the characteristics of the onset of multiple, susceptibility.Respiratory infections not only directly affect People' s Daily work and study, can be associated with serious complications, serious can appear multiple organ failure, the threat to human life.Respiratory tract infection has serious harm to human public health security.Lingnan area is located in the subtropical zone, near the south China sea, river, tropical and subtropical Marine climate, warm and humid, abundant rain;Lingnan area people fond of fat GanHou greasy, greedy cool drink cold,in hot and humid climate all the year round environment prone to the dysfunction of the spleen and stomach, cause the spleen and stomach weakness, make phlegmy wet.Lingnan area crowd respiratory infections often easy "conghua",from the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation often has the characteristics of hot and humid. In recent years, the abuse of antibiotics in the treatment of respiratory tract infection, caused a large number of resistant strains, bring to clinical treatment especially for the treatment of severe infection major difficult.Visible in the treatment of respiratory tract infection often there is not rational drug use.Rational use of antibiotics has become the global public health problem,is health research and the focus of attention.Don't rational drug use of antibiotics including the abuse of antibiotics, excess excessive compound for medicine,do not comply with clinical treatment guidelines for patients with medicine and unreasonable since the purchase, etc. This study intends to use the prescription for medical institutions were retrospectively analyzed, and then understand the lingnan area of drug utilization of the respiratory tract infection and provide the basis for the rational use of drugs, regulating the prescription of medical staff at the same time, improve the rational use of drugs,Rational drug use in lingnan area large general hospitals to provide reliable reference data of representative.ObjectiveThis study intends to use the prescription for medical institutions were retrospectively analyzed, and then understand the lingnan area of drug utilization of the respiratory tract infection and provide the basis for the rational use of drugs, regulating the prescription of medical staff at the same time, improve the rational use of drugs, large general hospital present situation of rational use of drugs for lingnan areas to provide the reliable reference data of representative.MethodsThe prescription of respiratory tract infection in Lingnan area was analyzed by collecting the electronic prescription information of outpatients with respiratory tract infection from January 2015 to December 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Access to the hospital information management system to extract from January 2015 to December 2015 all outpatient treatment of respiratory tract infection in patients with prescription information, the main contents include the patient's age, gender, treatment time, treatment department, medical practitioner, physician title, disease diagnosis The number of drugs, the price of the drug, the amount of the drug, and the way of payment. The number of drugs, the quantity of the drug, the amount of the drug, the amount of the drug, the amount of the drug,Through the mean, standard deviation, median, composition ratio and other indicators of the basic descriptive analysis of patients to understand the hospital respiratory tract infection in patients with a single number of medication, the use of antibiotics and its mode of administration,anti-virus Drug use and its mode of administration and a single treatment costs and other indicators.Results1.Analysis of medication for respiratory infection in outpatient department1.1 outpatient upper respiratory tract infection in patients with a single treatment number 2.27,the standard deviation of 0.998.(P<0.05).The proportion of single medication in male patients was slightly higher than that in females. The proportion of patients treated in four different subjects was statistically significant(P<0.05).(P<0.05).The number of single visits among adolescents aged over 18 and those aged over 65 in the same age group was significantly higher than that in the same age group(P<0.05)Accounting for a higher proportion.(P<0.05).The number of patients treated in the same time was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of patients treated in the same time was higher than that in the control group Accounting for a higher proportion.1.29786 patients with upper respiratory tract infection prescription, containing injection of the number of prescription for the number of 4034,the.proportion of 41.22%.The difference between male patients was statistically significant(P<0.05)and the proportion of injections was less than that in females.(P<0.05).With the increase of age, there was an increasing trend in the use of injectable drugs in patients with different age groups.(P<0.05).The proportion of the prescriptions issued by the deputy chief physician associate professor was higher than that of the prescriptions. The prescriptions issued by the attending physician were injected with the injections. The lowest proportion of the way of administration.1.3 The average cost of single-patient visits in patients with upper respiratory tract infection was 271.68 ± 127.95 yuan, the average cost of single-patient treatment in different sexes, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),male patients with a single treatment average cost higher than women.(P<0.05).The cost of single treatment in outpatients increased with age.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1.4 The use of antibiotics in outpatients with upper respiratory tract infection was analyzed by group analysis. The results showed no significant difference in antibiotic use rates between male and female patients,P =0.833.The antibiotic use rate of patients with different age groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),among which the antibiotic use rate was higher in patients with upper respiratory tract infection than 65 years old.1.59786 outpatients with upper respiratory tract infection,1022 patients using antiviral drugs, the use of the ratio of 10.45%.There was no statistically significant difference between male and female patients using antiviral drugs(P>0.05).(P<0.05);the proportion of people using antiviral drugs between the ages of 18 and 65 was higher than that in the upper respiratory Road infections in patients of different age groups. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1.6 outpatient respiratory tract infection in patients with proprietary Chinese medicine were 9324 people, the use of proprietary Chinese medicine was 95.28%.There were no significant differences in the use of proprietary Chinese medicines among different sex patients(P>0.05).The prevalence of proprietary Chinese medicines in male patients was comparable to that of female patients.(P<0.05).The use rate of proprietary Chinese medicines decreased with age.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2?Analysis of the Treatment of Lower Respiratory Infection2.1 outpatient lower respiratory tract infection inpatients with a single medication number 2.18,the standard deviation of 0.928.There was no significant difference in the number of single medication among males in females(P>0.05).(P<0.05).The number of single visits among adolescents aged over 18 and those aged over 65 in the same age group was significantly higher than that in the same age group(P<0.05)Accounting for a lower proportion.2.22568 patients with lower respiratory tract infection prescription, containing the type of injection of prescription for the number of 1513,the proportion of 58.92%.The difference between male patients was statistically significant(P<0.05)and the proportion of injectionswas less than that in females.(P<0.05).With the increase of age, there was an increasing trend in the use of injectable drugs in patients with different age groups.2.3The average cost of single visit in patients with lower respiratory tract infection was 213.88±77.42 yuan. There was no significant difference in the average cost of treatment in different sex patients(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the average cost of treatment between different age groups(P>0.05).2.42568 patients with lower respiratory tract infection, the use of antibiotics in 2130 people, antibiotic utilization rate was 82.94%,male and female patients with antibiotic use rate was no significant difference,P =0.22.The antibiotic use rate was significantly different among the different age groups(P<0.05),among which the antibiotic use rate was the highest among the 18 years old.2.5 There were 2042 middle-aged drugs and 79.52%of Chinese medicine practitioners in patients with lower respiratory tract infection. There was no significant difference in the use of proprietary Chinese medicines among different sex patients(P>0.05).The prevalence of proprietary Chinese medicines in male patients Female patients are quite(P<0.05).Among them, the proportion of Chinese medicine used in the 18~65 age group was the highest. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Lingnan area respiratory tract infection medication has its own characteristics, our hospital respiratory tract infection medication has a general rationality, but in some aspects, outpatient prescription medicationindicators and reasonable level there are still differences, mainly for the average number of prescription medication than the World Health Organizations recommended range of 1.6 to 1.8,the use of antibiotics than the national Ministry of Health norms, the proportion of injections is also slightly higher.Upper respiratory tract infection in the treatment of patients there is excessive use of antibiotics, mainly for the upper respiratory tract infection antibiotic use rate is much higher than the theoretical upper respiratory tract infection in patients with antibiotic use ratio. In this study,we conducted a comprehensive statistical analysis of the electronic prescription information of outpatients in three-stage and so on,and found the key problems of prescription medication through comprehensive comparative analysis. And provide a new research ideas and basis for further understanding the doctor's prescription behavior.
