Vegetables provide vitamins and mineral salts to human body,which play a significant role in people's dietary frameworks.Vegetable production is an integral part of agricultural output which becomes the cornerstone industry in China already.Vegetable transplanting can save farming season,increase the yield and quality of vegetables.Compared with traditional transplanting machine of vegetables,Fully Automatic Transplanter(FAT)solves many problems during transplanting:labor shortage,higher cost and lower efficiency problems etc.This paper proposes a new way on picking plants,and design and optimize the core compoments.This article discusses from these aspects hereinafter:1.The size,performance of substrates,ejecting force,friction coefficient,broken resistance etc.of plug seedlings were measured and the physical characteristics of plug seedlings which may have an impact on picking seedling were studied in this thesis.Experimental results showed that imported peat added in binder has stronger viscoelasticity,which adapts to Pressurizing-Down Style of picking seedling.In order to prevent plants from falling off in advance,square pyramidal-shaped tray was chosen and the conicity was 0.5°.2.This article makes,Pneumatic Pressurizing-Down Style of picking plants was presented by a comparative research on advantages and disadvantages of every method about picking plants.And the square pyramidal-shaped tray was designed at the same time.Air-sweeping method and flexible pneumatic pressurizing-down method of picking seedling machinery are proposed.Picking seedling by air-sweeping was abandoned because of its excess damage to seedling substrates.Method of designing flexible suspension the trapezoidal,which can protect seedlings stem with the combination of rigid and flexible parts.This picking seedling machinery uses pneumatic pressurizing-down method is finally duplicated due to its less damage to seedling and seedling substrates,better picking seedling result and the small equipment volume.3.Kinematics and dynamics of the mast mechanism of picking seedling were analyzed,and their equations are built.The time needed to complete a seedling movement was calculated by Matlab,and the orbit equation of the mast mechanism of picking seedling and the tray on the rive mechanism was calculated.4.This paper presents a new planting mechanism of racetrack-dibble type-zero speed planting mechanism base on traditional dibble type planting mechanism.The parallel four-bar mechanism was chosen to keep the racetrack-dibble type-zero speed planting mechanism upright throughout the whole process of working.The trajectory of racetrack can guarantee the absolute speed of this mechanism always be zero,and the dibble type at completely open state when it leave the seedlings,which can avoid the toggle interference on seedlings and ensure that the seedlings is in a well upright degree.5.The supplying seedling device for flexible pneumatic pressurizing-down picking seedling machinery was designed.According to the requirement of picking seedling machinery,supplying seedling device of two-stage conveyor belt,and driven by a stepper motor is composed.The conveyor belt is designed with corrugated folds,spacing strip with inverted T shape,the shoe press equipment,and so on were designed in terms of the special requirements of picking seedling machinery.6.The pneumatic and PLC control system was designed.The principle of using weak power to control strong power of PLC is used for controlling the relays,solenoid valve and other elements,which can ensure the matching operation of supplying seedling device and picking seedling machinery.7.Continuous picking seedling testing platform was built,and the performance tests were carried on to test the feasibility of the picking seedling machinery of the flexible pneumatic pressurizing-down and verify the cooperative function of validate picking seedling machinery,supplying seedling device and pneumatic and PLC control system.
