With the gradual increasing of the quantity of residual film,the environmental problems that it arises seriously restrict the sustainable development of agriculture in our country.Accordingly,the residue of plastic film is an important problem for our country's agriculture.It is one of the effective ways to solve the problems of recycling plastic film that using mechanical plastic film recycling technology.Its advantages are high efficiency and low cost.Based on the technology of plastic film recycling,the main content of this paper are designing and optimizing of chain-rake type plastic film recycling machine and studying on its model further by combining theoretical modeling analysis,finite element analysis,virtual prototype simulation and optimization test.The main research results are:?.Improving the important structure and components of prototype by analyzing the problems existing in the old prototype.The major improvements include adding cutting discs,scraping plate and stripping roll;the steel wheels are replaced by two lifting walking mechanisms;designing two kinds of membrane shovels that it can separate the plastic film prom the soil;solving the problem of power outputting instability of walking wheels by using the power that provided by PTO of tractor.?.In order to improve the recovery rate of the plastic film,the overall stress analysis,finite element analysis and fuzzy evaluation of the membrane shovel were carried out.The overall stress analysis shows that:The single-blade shovel is forced in X and Y direction in the course of work,however,the double-blade shovel is only forced in X direction,because the force in the Y direction is equal in magnitude and opposite in direction.What we can know by finite element analysis is that the maximum deformation and the maximum equivalent stress of this two kinds of shovels occurred in the welding of the shovel handle and the shovel wing,the maximum equivalent stress is 1754MPa and 160.02MPa,respectively.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the performance of the double-blade shovel,and the overall performance score was 81.31.As a result,the double-blade shovel meets the design criteria.?.1 build a virtual prototype model of the chain-rake system by Solidworks and Adams.Simulated re search dynamic characteristics of conveyor belt's inner tension and the vertical jitter characteristic of conve yor belts while chains and rakes are under different working conditions.The conclusions are that,the chain-rake transmission linear velocity has no influence on conveyor belt's inner tension.The maximum of belt's inner tension is almost 2000N when it starting activating,and 250N when it becomes stable;conveyor ch ain's forward speed has no effect on the vertical jitter;when rakes is deeper in soil,the number of conveyor belt's inner tension fluctuates more frequent and more violent,rakes' displacement increases in the directi on which is perpendicular to colleting film fragment and rakes' jitter become more evident;conveyor belts'modulus of elasticity and the ability of resisting deform increase,the amplitude of belts' jitter reduces.?.I do the single factor experiments and responds surface methodologies in soil bin laboratory,the c onclusions are that,The plastic film recycling machine's performance is better when the rotation direction of belts on the chain-rakes is clockwise;chain-rake type plastic film recycling machine performs well whil e recycling complete plastic film;the best combination of chain-rakes structural parameters:the spacing of rakes' rows is 300mm and every row has 5 tines;set the 3-parameter multivariate quadratic regression equa tion and get the laws that parameters influence corresponding indicators.;do optimization analysis to the e quation above and get the best parameters combination by using MATLAB:the machine's forward velocity is 2.542km/h,chain-rake's linear velocity is 0.417m/s and the depth of grave is 84.41mm.?.I do the field verification experiments about above conclusions,The plastic film recycling rate is 90.2%.the removing rate is 88.1%,every meter the weight of machine brings soil is 0.41kg.
