The Modern Re-construction Of Rural Self-building Pattern

Traditional rural self-building was born in rural society,is inextricably linked to the lives of the community,is also the main reason that the traditional rural settlements achieved the unity of freedom and order in form of space.Under the impact of industrial power,rural self-building mode gradually disintegrated,with the collapse of social structures.Rural building mode evolved from ' self ' into' free ',and eventually evolved into a government-led ' master ' mode.Now,with the split of build act and rural social,due to inability to co-ordinate complex individual needs of farmers,that ' master ' mode was increasing the contradictions between government and masses,leading to superficial construction and unsustainable development.On the premise of outstanding research on farmer-self rural building mode,based on antibody in theory and practice,through three levels of study and analysis,this text analyzes the way of modern re-construction from rural self-building mode.The First level is research for method of re-construction: through on carding traditional rural self-building mode,this text abstract core mechanism of self-building mode.This text is attached the control guide system of rural social,and to this for based put forward method and principles of re-construction.We think the crux of rural self-building mode re-construction is social re-construction,that is a long-term process of self-regulation.However,reality social self-regulation is seriously disabled,that need autonomous running of self-building to wake up and then construct social control guide system of rural self-building.The second level of research focuses on the construction of organization system and design system,the realization of self-building autonomous running in the real world: organization system,primarily through the special optimization of existing administrative system,construct system of " member-led and member-participate" building unit,which integrate existing administration.Thanks to the technical superiority of traditional construction and industrial,we can able to establish a technology system of modern society self-building.In addition,we introduce the theory of modular and open architecture to build the platform of systematical design,and the operational framework that control and guide villagers self-built.The third level of research focuses on self-regulation of the rural community when self-building is autonomously running,and also discusses the basic characteristics of rural space under self-building mode.
