Modern CBD Planning Strategy From The Perspective Of Urban Competition

With the global economic integration,the flow of capital brought the countries all over the world into the international production system.The international division of production management has intensified the competition of producer services.Based on the cluster of modern service industry,Modern C BD takes the core functions of the urban area with the development of metropolitan area economy and the service industry,which reflects the urban spatial reconstruction under the economic globalization.Through the rational allocation of urban internal reso urces,Modern CBD collects high-end service industries,capital and talent,to enhance urban and regional competitiveness,which becomes many cities' path of spatial structure adjustment and industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on 3 kinds of mechanism of urban competition,the research aims to enhance the competitiveness of city by Modern CBD planning practice,and generally forms the following 3 aspacts of research contents:1)planning path of Modern C BD under the optimal allocation of resources in metropolitan area;2)spatial strategies and evaluation of Modern CBD under the worldwide service industry division in order;3)government actions of urban planning and implementation adapting to the market competition of city development and operation.Based on these,the paper takes Yujiapu Financial District as an example,to analyse the contents and evaluation of urban planning,and to provide modified strategies.The structure of this research consists of 3 parts:1)the review of the research process,the definition of the object for study and the structure of discussion;2)planning strategies of Modern C BD under the 3 mechanisms of urban competition;3)conclusions and prospects.
