The dispatching system is the nerve center of railway operation,and railway dispatchor plays the key role in the whole process,responsible for overall scheduling in authorized section and scope.Fatigue is widely present in railway dispatchor as known,and closely related with operation safety,dispatching performance and their own health.Based on the systematic analysis of dispatching system and process,the generating and developing mechanism of fatigue were revealed.A series of adaptive algorithms were designed and implemented for picture and data processing.The fatigue level,developing process and universal developing law were achieved by empirical study.The whole work in the paper can provide scientific theoretical foundation and technical approaches for further fatigue risk management of railway dispatchor and other similar group.The main work in the paper is listed as followed.(1)Systematic analysis of dispatching workBased on the railway operation system,the system structure and control structure were analyzed.The railway dispatching mechanism was divided into planning mechanism,decomposing-coordinating mechanism,mixed time-event rolling mechanism,were analyzed respectively.The railway dispatching was analyzed from work scope,environment and dispatching process.The management pattern and section scale were proposed and compared.Based on crew scheduling,continuous work time and work-rest cycle were achieved.The dispatching workload,subjective fatigue level and health status were got by statistical method.(2)Fatigue generating and developing mechanismBased on the previous achievements,the dispatchor fatigue was defined and distinguished form subjective tiredness,sleepiness and performance reduction.According to dispatching characteristics and universal physiology,the influence factors were concluded,measure indexes and methods were chosed by comparison.Due to the information processing essence of dispatching,the universal single event model and comprehensive overall processing model were established,to describe the single information processing and the logical relationship between different events respectively.Taking metabolism characteristics of human brain,information processing of dispatching and subjective feeling of fatigue,the generating model of railway dispatchor was established based on free radical theory.The developing developing processes and stage were studied,and the corresponding judging criterias were achieved respectively.With concentration of oxygen radical as media,the universal recurrence model of fatigue developing was established,to describe the dynamic relationship between fatigue and its factors.(3)Data processing algorithms for fatigue detectionThe dispatching scene characteristics,function requirements and performance requirements of fatigue detection were analyzed.The system structure,function structure and work flow were designed in the following.Based on difference constraints of location and size between consecutive frames,the adaptive picture detecting algorithm,intelligent estimating and verifying algorithms,picture quality detecting and control algorithm were designed and implemented,to upgrade processing speed and performance.With picture processing output as input,a series of data processing algorithms were designed and implemented for better integrity,consecutiveness and robustness.The algorithms were combined by data quality evaluation algorithm,interactively verifying algorithm,adaptive refining algorithm,blink detecting algorithm,differential parameter calibrating algorithm,flexible combining algorithm.(4)Empirical study of railway dispatchor fatigueAccording to factor difference maximization principle,the video capturing scheme was designed.A large scale of videos were collected and processed.Based on the P80 numerical sequence,the fatigue level,probability distribution and time distribution were achieved by data analysis,and the change rate was used to describe its developing process.By data filtering,mapping and intelligent fiting,the function form and parameter of fatigue developing recursion model were achieved,to reveal the relationship between fatigue developing and its factors.
