| Shendong mining area is located in the edge of arid and semi-arid Maowusu Desert where the ecological environment is fragile and the water resources are scanty.The serious stratum water leakage caused by high strength underground exploitation is a great technical problem urgently to be solved in green mining in Shendong mining area.Using the goaf area space to store up,purify and utilize mine water,to research on the key technology of mine water protection and recycling use of underground water reservoirs has the important theory significance and practical value.In this paper,according to the geological environment in Daliuta Coal Mine in Shendong mining area,by comprehensively combining with the modern coal mining technology,using field test,theoretical analysis and experimental means,the underground recycling technology of water resources was invented which contains the key technologies of site selection,dam structure,seepage control,monitoring and regulation.The site of underground reservoir should be chosen in the area where surrounding rock is stable,low-lying,without direct mining impact so that water resources should be stable stored and transferred efficiently.Through the structure analysis of underground reservoir isolation dam,the calculation method of isolation dam parameters was obtained.Aiming at dam seepage technology,two ways by grouting and plugging fracture seepage control technology and artificial construction design of structure and strength of the dam seepage control technology are both proposed in this paper.In accordance with the sewage recharge and clean water use requirements of underground reservoir,the layout principle of drainage pipeline was proposed which contains "sewage recharge in the height place,clean water use from the lowest level",and the key technology of tube design was formed in both different reservoirs under different levels.A reservoir safety monitoring system based on sensor,measurement control unit(MCU)and monitoring platform was constructed.By applying this research technology,Daliuta Coal Mine has built the first huge underground reservoir water recycling system with three-dimensional space network in China and natural sewage treatment plants and water supply system using natural pressure was formed to supply production and life water use in Shendong mining area.The two zero goals of "no ground clean water immits into the pit,no pit pollutional water discharges to the ground" and the efficient circulation of water resources utilization was realized.The water resources were effectively utilized and protected..The underground reservoir technology in Daliuta Coal Mine was popularized to the other 15 mines in Shendong mining area,35 underground reservoirs were built and 24.995 million cubic meters water was stored which provided 95%of water to the use of mine production and daily life.The mine water resources used in virtuous three-dimensional circulation were realized which made yesterday’s major water users to today’s external large water supply,and remarkable social and economic benefits has been achieved which opened up a new way to green mining of shallow coal seam in our country. |
