Microwave heating is a new heating technology,and it has been used in maintenance of asphalt pavement and snow-melting.The traditional bituminous mixture has the low absorbed efficiencies for microwave that the microwave deicing speed is very slowly,caused microwave heating speed is slow,which seriously hindered the application and development of the technology in the road engineering.Research the construction of microwave heating asphalt mixture,which has the important practical significance of low cost,wide source,good performance of the road and easy to be used.Magnetite with Fe3O4 as the main chemical composition in nature reserves rich,low price,dielectric and ferromagnetic,a strong absorption capacity of electromagnetic wave and good wear resistance.In the view,the paper studied the microwave characteristics and the road performance of asphalt mixture.To reducing the reflection of electromagnetic wave and improving the absorption rate of the angle,the paper researched natural magnetite powder,graphite powder,carbon fiber and electromagnetic parameters of asphalt modified materials(complex permittivity and complex permeability),which based on the principle of impedance matching,and determined several suitable electromagnetic absorption modifier composition materials;Research the regular that electromagnetic parameters of asphalt mortar affected by composite electromagnetic wave absorber through optimization and compatibility of different electromagnetic absorption and modified materials,determined asphalt base material modifier composed of electromagnetic wave absorption material applied to it,established the controlled optimization approach of the electromagnetic wave absorption properties of asphaltic materials.magnetite powder composite modifier of its excellent microwave heating performance used as substitute of limestone powder filler incorporated into asphalt mixture,The volume equivalent substitution method,exploring magnetite powder composite modifier effect of microwave heating on the performance of asphalt mixture,mixed with road performance test results,presented the reasonable dosage of magnetite powder composite modifier in asphalt mixture,and achieved magnetite powder compound modified asphalt mixture in the electromagnetic wave absorption performance optimization design.According to the mixed natural magnetite powder asphalt mixture performance characteristics,recommended structure absorbs the road pavement and the reconstruction of new microwave absorbing microwave.Based on the excellent properties of natural magnetite aggregates,a kind of asphalt mixture based on electromagnetic wave absorption was prepared.Gradation and aggregate size influence on the performance of wave absorbing material for heating asphalt mixture doped magnetite was analyzed.The key sieve impact asphalt mixture performance of microwave heating was determined and recommended grading range.Rutting test,low temperature bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test were conducted to study asphalt mixture high temperature stability,low temperature cracking resistance and water stability.The anti sliding performance of magnetite asphalt mixture was studied by three wheel accelerated wear test and dynamic friction coefficient tester(DFT)and the prediction model of anti-sliding performance of high-Anti-sliding magnetite ore-asphalt mixture under the action of three wheel acceleration wear was proposed.Based on the mixed natural magnetite aggregate asphalt mixture,the asphalt pavement structure of the microwave absorbing asphalt pavement is recommended.The maintenance efficiency of microwave heating technology of magnetite asphalt mixture on melting snow and ice removal was studied.The results show that the asphalt concrete is suitable for microwave heating pavement maintenance and melting snow and ice,and has a broad application prospect.
