With the progress of industrialization,man type dry gas storage tank is an important industrial production building.Because of the large capacity and usage amount of steel,the safety problem of gas tank becomes increasingly important.The dynamic characteristics of gas tank are uncertainty,because the piston is moved in the gas tank;the quality of gas tank is lighter compared with concrete construction,wind load is the control loads.However the research on this structure is very limited so far,so the study on the wind induced vibration response of gas tank seem to be extremely important.In this thesis,effort has been made in various aspects with the methodology of the combination of wind-tunnel test,finite-element modeling and the theoretical analysis.(1)Considering the influence of the Reynolds number and the surface roughness of the gas tank,the calculation method of wind load on the surface of the gas tank is proposed.The Reynolds number and structure surface roughness condition can be attributed to the differences among the flow state,surface boundary-layer separaion and vortex structures at different Re numbers,which will directly affect the aerodynamic behavior of bluff bodies.Based on the above ideas,combining experimental results of rigid load of gas tank,the surface wind characteristics of the gas tank in the turbulent flow field and the uniform flow field have been investigated in detail.The influence of Reynolds number and structure surface roughness on the aerodynamic parameters of a gas tank has been discussed.The formula for calculating the shape factor of gas tank engineering design has been put forward.(2)Combining computational fluid dynamics,the large eddy simulation(LES)is used to analyze the influence of roughness on the flow characteristics of a circular cylinder with high Reynolds number.In order to select the appropriate calculation parameters,the numerical simulation of the flow around a single cylinder at high Reynolds number is carried out,and the simulation results are compared with the research results at home and aborad.The large eddy simulation of gas tank structure with typical rough condition is carried out by the selected calculation parameters,and the influence of high Reynolds number and structure on the surface wind characteristics and flow field characteristics of the gas tank is analyzed in detail.(3)According to the experimental results of the rigid load of the gas tank,considering the Reynolds number effect and the surface roughness of the structure,the wind vibration response of the gas tank under typical working conditions has been analyzed.Based on the similarity principle of fluid mechanics,the design method and the manufacturing process of the aeroelastic model of the gas tank have been described in detail.The influence of upper and lower motion of the piston in the gas tank is studied,by using this aeroelastic model of the gas tank,which provides a theoretical basis for the engineering design of this kind of structure.(4)Based on the gas tank rigid pressure test,the distribution characteristics of wind pressure on the surface of a gas tank are studied in detail,and the wind pressure load spectrum in each area were fitted respectively,the fitting effect is very good.Study on frequency domain analysis of wind induced vibration response of gas tank structure by fitting the load spectrum,the analysis results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which provides a theoretical basis for the wind resistant design of the gas tank structure.(5)An improved method of linear filtering auto regressive model for wind load simulation is presented,the wind induced vibration response time history analysis of the gas tank was carried out by using the improved simulated wind load.The analytical results are in agreement with the experimental results.Based on the experimental results of the rigid pressure measurement of gas tank,and combining with the ANSYS finite element analysis software,the wind induced vibration response time history analysis of the gas tank was carried out,the effect of fluctuating wind on the gas tank under different operating conditions is analyzed.The wind vibration coefficient which is suitable for the gas tank is put forward,which provides the basis for the wind resistant design of the gas tank.
