In order to satisfy the measurement demands in large-scale equipment manufacturing industry and scientific construction,which are large scale,high accuracy,multiple data,low cost and high efficiency,the research on heterogeneous network measurement,which is composed of multiple measurement systems,becomes a trend and hotspot.However,the lack of systematic and effective theory,especially complete analytical approach on coordinate accuracy,results in the limitation on applications of heterogeneous network measurement.On the background of large-scale equipment manufacturing and large-scale scientific construction,this dissertation refines the heterogeneous-network coordinate measurement theory,and explores deeply into the challenges,contents and solutions of its accuracy analysis theory.The whole dissertation is linked by measurement uncertainty,and focuses on the analysis and expression of coordinate uncertainty,coordinate transformation,measurement data fusion algorithm,measurement accuracy evaluation and network layout optimization.At last,the general accuracy analysis software is developed and verified by several specific engineering applications.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Deeply study the coordinate uncertainty analysis method in large-scale coordinate measurement.Concludes the uncertainty sources in large-scale coordinate measurement systems,analyzes several coordinate uncertainty representations and their coverage regions,and verifies the feasibility of the GUM method in coordinate uncertainty analysis.Finally,presents an analysis strategy that is based on the GUM method,expressed as the coordinate uncertainty matrix,and visualized by the uncertainty ellipsoid.(2)Deeply study the data processing and coordinate uncertainty analysis methods in the heterogeneous-network coordinate measurement.Presents a novel approach to the uncertainty analysis of coordinate transformation,analyzes the distribution and impacts of the transformation uncertainty,and then recommends some strategies.Study thoroughly the simultaneous adjustment algorithm of heterogeneous network,and presents a heterogeneous-network coordinate uncertainty estimation mode.Finally,the algorithms and the models are validated by two field application examples.(3)Deeply study the layout optimization method in the heterogeneous-network coordinate measurement.Analyzes the layout constraints in heterogeneous network,and defines the objective functions in terms of coverage capabilities,accuracy and overall cost.Then,realize the layout design by a grid-based approach,which consists of a global rough search and a local detailed search.Finally,the approach is validated by a field application example.In addition,the accuracy analysis software of heterogeneous-network coordinate measurement is designed to integrate the above research results.It is visualization and easy to operate.Besides,its feasibility is verified through the above specific case.
