With the application of RS and GIS techniques,this paper focuses on the evolution and coupling mechanism of urban thermal environment with the changes in land use pattern,combining with the analyze methods of landscape ecology.Using the methods of supervised classification and transfer matrix of land use,it firstly discusses the evolution rules and features of land use in Shenyang central district in the years of 1995,2001,2007,2014.Then the evolution laws and characters of thermal environment in study areas are discussed,using the methods of land surface temperature retrieval and mean value & standard deviation.And on this basis,it explores the affinity mechanism and coupling characteristics of thermal environment and land use evolution with the methods of buffer analysis,overlay analysis and spline analysis.Secondly,it extracts the impact factors of heat load in study areas based on GIS platform,and constructs the heat load spatial pattern distribution and grade zoning of summer and winter in study areas,which is easy to acknowledge for urban planning expertise,using the rasterization techniques and overlay analysis.Based on value optimization analysis,the spatial distribution characteristics of integrality,regionalism and sensibility of heat load pattern are discussed.The comprehensive analysis of thermal environment conclusion applies to the field of urban planning,the city’s comprehensive development,urban planning and design methods and the optimization of the thermal environment practice area three levels of measures proposed corresponding adjustment proposal and development strategy.It will be an innovation that setting the association between urban land use and climatic condition in theoretical system and applying a comprehensive quantization research mechanism of multi-perspectives,multi-dimensional and multi-method at a practical level,which may provide theoretical and case studying references for the other similar researches and practices.
