Study On Ship Parallel Collaborative Design Management Technology

The objective of ship design is in a shorter period of time, lower cost to design a superior quality ship. Based on the above characteristic and the concept of parallel design technology, the ship parallel collaborative design management platform is established. Digital documents review and approval process management have studied in this dissertation, also the dynamic authority management, and parallel collaborative design database management of the platform, details are as follows:1. Based on the analysis of ship parallel collaborative design situation, the B/S architectural pattern with 5-layer frame structure is presented. The ship classification design documents corresponding to the various stages are given. Based on traditional documents approval process and the needs of the ship design, methods are presented for review and approval process of two kind of documents. Based on the design documents generated in the ship design processes, the corresponding document process types are set, and they are used for the processes. Practice has proved that they are more effective.2. According to the ship designer's role attributes, the design personnel access rules are defined, the authority management strategies for the relevant project management items are given. By making full use of the feature identifiers technology, the dynamic authority solutions for the ship parallel collaborative design based on RBAC model are established, the concurrent access control models applicable for the ship design is developed. By using it in the design process, it is proved that the solution is more effective on the authority management of ship design, ensure the security and integrity of the ship design process information.3. According to the parallel collaborative database management system requirements, ship parallel collaborative design database model is established. Combined with computer network technology, ship design technology, parallel collaborative design technology, database technology, and product data management technology, the ship documents management database, personnel management database and planning management database are developed. Practice has proved that ship design and development activities are effective, and realized the rational distribution between designers and resources.4. Prototype system of ship parallel collaborative design management system is established, project management, personnel management, planning management, progress control, supervision management, and real-time cooperation subsystems are also set up. The digital management system is applied to the ship design process, it is proved that ship design efficiency is improved and design cycle is shortened by utilization of the system.
