The middle route south-to-north water transferring project Originated in the middle and upper reaches of han river of danjiangkou reservoir, which passes Tang baihe river basins and the west of the Huanghuaihai Plain. It uses The tunnel to across the Yellow River in Zhengzhou, and then goes north along the east of Taihang mountain. The project flows to the TuanCheng lake in The Summer Palace in Beijing. The length of the main canal is 1277km. Long line, Large number of the construction unit, from the start to end the project experienced route selection, scheme optimization, design of construction, construction, operation management, and other links. Engineering measurement is the foundation, it throughout the course of engineering construction. in different stages, the measurement of content is different, precision is also different, so as the equipment. In the project, the key technical problems of measurement were comprehensively studied and solution scheme were proposed to Unify measuring standard of south-to-north water transferring project, and standard operating procedures, and ensure quality of the product, and improve the working efficiency. An integrated measurement system of The south-north water diversion project was designed to convert the scientific and technological achievements into productivity. The main content of this paper and the key problems solved are as follows:1.Based TCA2003 total station angle and side length automation plane observati on and control network adjustment technology, the technology can integration the insi de and outside plane control measurement. For topographic map and coordinate conve rsion management issues often encountered in engineering, focusing on the two-dime nsional coordinate conversion and seven-parameter ellipsoid transform which base on Gauss projection conversion method and topographic maps and Code-based approach. In NORTH program the software has been used in the whole process plane control, c oordinate transformation and web query management solutions.2. The research is based on PDA data acquisition technology observed by optical level and collection of data processing technology observed by electronic level (Zeiss DINI series and leica DNA series). Without extracting station height, measuring station observation time to interpolate temperature and achieve a original observation data consolidation and synchronization calculating height temperature correction. Measured using homogeneous heterologous segment data collection, to achieve the level of large-scale network test segment extracted two breakpoints to detect and correct height (normal level surface and not parallel to correct abnormal height correction) automatic processing. We explore the gross error detection and minimum closed loop search method based on the principles of adjustment of leveling network, to meet the demanding on the reliability test of leveling network. By analyzing the principle theory of Level Monitoring Network's stability, Block gap method and T test clearance test model were proposed, and implemented it to test the stability of two leveling network. Besides, some studies were implemented on the suitability of several GPS height fitting, solving the problem of hard to determine the multi surface function fitting smoothing factor and issueof known point compatibility in GPS elevation fitting.3. Discussed the principle of circular curve to calculate the coordinates of the line and study the "complete asymmetric" and "non-complete asymmetric" coordinate calculation method. Then give the method which based on linear, circular curve and spiral three basic line element the coordinate calculation model to solve the South-coordinate the main channel alignment and Road Runner any linear complex computational problems. Measurement data processing method using land plots as a unit to achieve automatic separation of plots, subtotals, free partition, arbitrary boundary point of two side orientation measurements, reports, and maps were output.4. A comprehensive and systematic study were proposed on section measurement and engineering quantity calculation integration technological process. Developed an independent basic-point measuring transverse section method. The conversion method from coordinate format to distance-elevation format were stated, and a cross-sectional end position determination method war proposed. Some discussions on the principle of the vertical and horizontal design file generation together with the calculation principle on section method engineering. Deduced intersection coordinate calculation model transects with design section of nested. Establishment a suitable solution on section measurement and engineering quantity calculation for South-North Water Transfer Project.5. Mechanism of Grey GM modeling has been analyzed, determination method o f gray integral parameter c value has been improved, the initial value of Verhulst mod el has been optimized, the adaptive GM (1,1) grey model has been derived in this pap er. Aiming at overcoming the shortage of multiple positive cumulative weight distribu tion of the old and new data, the secondary reverse accumulative GOM (1,1) modelin g principle has been discussed, inhomogeneous exponential function background valu e model has been deduced, determination method of integral parameter c value and su bsidence prediction modeling strategy have been given. A complete set of solutions of south-to-north water diversion project prediction has been provided.6. Analysis the features of scanning point cloud used in deformation monitoring, proposed a method on obtaining the same deformation monitoring points by grid division. Developed a method to derive the deformation between two point clouds based on averaging the median area of the shortest distance, and stated the corresponding processing steps. Several experiments were implemented to verified the feasibility and reliability, the result preliminary verify the feasibility that it is possible to use terrestrial laser scanning technology do monitor deformation of slop during the South-North Water Transfer Project.7. Developed an integrated whole system for the South-North Water Transfer Project, to meetthe needs of the complete process of engineering survey. It unifies the different extraction units, workflow of different measurement devices and operating modes, making it possible to achieveIndoor-outwork Integration of data processing and management of measure outcomes.
