Mine Curtain Grouting for Water Blockage can ensure achieve Safe and efficient mining, but how to protect stability of plugging grouting curtain is an important problem. This paper study karst water ore mine Valley home station for the demonstration study in mining, geoIogy by collecting relevant information as well as indoor rock physical and mechanical performance test, the use of rock mechanics, based on the number of sets of multi-contact analysis theory and method for three-dimensional numerical simulation techniques on the roof near the orebody barrier curtain grouting to bring stability and monitoring methods for in-depth study of the system.(1)Grouting curtain thickness of nearly orebody is studied.According to an exemplary mine hydrogeological conditions and groundwater recharge way,the distribution of the ore body and the roof space aquifer impermeable layer distribution and other conditions, according to the grouting curtain body compression, overburden on an empty area after the formation of strong and ore mining theory of "three zones"on the roof near the ore body thickness curtain grouting were studied. The grouting curtain thickness of nearly orebody is determined(2)Parameters of curtain grouting and water blockage evaluation is studied,A reasonable choice of grouting pressure, slurry effective diffusion radius of grouting injection time and the total amount of slurry grouting parameters were analysised and discussed. The effect of water blockage is evaluated according to backfill and surrounding rock drill to verify the change before and after the mine water.(3)Ore physical and mechanical properties test are done.Through laboratory tests on valley home station iron ore, water control barrier tape and other physical and mechanical properties of rock were tested.Tests showed that the rock after the curtain grouting reinforcement, strength ore sample specimens have varying degrees of change, after grouting reinforcement axial stress-strain curve showing the approximate linear deformation tends coordination.(4)Stability factors of curtain grouting for water blockage is studied. To investigate the effects of curtain grouting for water blockage the stability of a variety of factors, physical and mechanical properties of the body grouting curtain factors, groundwater and fracture zones mining engineering factors and an arrangement of four indicators,16 secondary indicators of barrier with stability evaluation analytic hierarchy model. The stability of the water shutoff barrie was qualitative evaluated based on multiple connection number.(5)Numerical simulation of stability on Water Blockage is studied.the distribution of the surrounding rock ore mining process, the point column and between columns stress field, the changes undermine the development field, the displacement field were systems analysised and studied using three-dimensional solid fluid coupling numerical simulation.(6)Pillars stabilitys is studied.Pillar within the stress concentration phenomenon changes, indicating that the process.of mining pillars(including point between columns and column)for supporting the upper rock stability plays an important role. With mining impact, stability of Pillars has been weakened.(7)Optical fiber rock movement monitoring system is researched and developed.Research and development of optical fiber rock movement monitoring system to monitor rock stress-strain function of-vibration signals.lt is real-time monitoring of underground mining on water shutoff grouting curtain barrier with rock stress and deformation of activities, access barrier with displacement, the stress state information.
