Simultaneously,establishing rural highway consistency evaluation index system and analysis model tocarrying on the rural highway planning and execution of consistency, as well as the ruralhighway construction and social economy coordinated consistency evaluation.Finally, the construction development management of the rural highway will becomparatively analysed. With the regional rural highway construction development key,development management strategy technology about rural highway construction andsafeguard policies will be the key object that is to be researched.
