Research On Regional Land Space Utilization

There are two meanings for land space utilization, one is to expand theeffective space and the use of the range, the other is to achieve the optimal allocationof land resource space. These two levels are separate but interrelated. It is theoptimal spatial pattern of land, which is based on specific planning objectives,relying on certain technology and optimizes the scale, structure, strength andfunction of regional land utilization. All of these get the optimal pattern of economic,social and ecological which include with point, line, surface and network.The article focuses on intensive conservation and efficient land utilization.Referred to the successful experience of land space legislation in developedcountries, the study proposes the ideas and specific measures of land spaceutilization based on population size, level of urbanization and economicdevelopment in blue economic area of Shandong peninsula. The main works are asfollowed:Firstly, propose the support poly for blue economic area of Shandong peninsula.The policy is based on the coastal economic zone of China’s support policy anddevelopment experiences. It includes industrial support, finance, land utilization, seaareas use, marine economy, port development, urban and rural integration, personnelsupport, etc. It also describes the policy of land utilization.Secondly, analyze land utilization strategy of many countries from the view ofthe development stage, the function-oriented, etc. It gets some inspiration.Thirdly, study the relationship between the economic development and landutilization in blue economic area. It researches the relationship between theeconomic development and land utilization based on analyzing the current status ofland utilization in blue economic area.Fourthly, evaluate the land utilization and propose the corresponding responsesfor blue economic area: First, establish the evaluation model for land economic andland intensive, the potential model for land intensive utilization. The results evaluateon the actual data which are imported into models. These data are gotten based onfully investigation. Second, establish the evaluation model for land integratedutilization. The model is used to evaluate each block in blue economic area. Finally,propose the policy and suggestions for land space utilization in blue economic are based on the evaluation and analysis above.
