Resource competition in the era of Globalization makes non-profit organizations all over the world actively seek Market financing channels to maintain the operation of the organizations and a social mission. A lot of practice has proved that the market operation of non profit organization helps organizations to achieve fiscal balance and better serve the public interest. Marketing operation of sports nonprofit is the trend of the development of the sports nonprofit organizations in China, It is the objective demand of the sports public services market operation in China, It is also the development of the real needs of our country’s sports to non-profit organizations. There are few research achievements of the market operation of non profit organization. it Is an in-depth study of the marketing operation mechanism of nonprofit sports organizations, Xinjiang non-profit sports organization as an example, Using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics method and other methods. The main conclusions are:(1) The Xinjiang nonprofit sports organizations:do one tube should be separated, daily guidance should be strengthened; Difficult to raise funds, the operation of the market needed; Activity content missing features; integrate into the local culture; Improvement of volunteer training, increase exchanges; Increase the scale and quantity, the implementation of preferential policies to encourage.(2) The market operation is necessary and feasible.
