Research On The College Students’ Crime From The Perspective Of Deviant Sociology

Since the reform and opening up,talent strategy is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,this makes our country’s higher education has made great progress and development.However,in the undergraduate group of receiving higher education,there is crime behavior that is harmful to the society. Today,the problem of college students’crime is more and more serious, crime rate continuously exaltation,malignant crime occurrence frequently,has become one of the urgent social problems need to be solved.In order to solve this social problem better,this paper selects several relevant theories that are applicable to integrate from the perspective of deviant sociology.This integration theory provide theoretical research and empirical analysis to the causes of college students’crime,putting forward new ideas of effective prevention and control of college students’crime.This paper under the guidance of marxist materialist dialectics,meanwhile,the integrated use of literature research,questionnaire investigation,individual interview method,statistical summary and analysis,comparative analysis and other specific methods to study on the college students’crime.Focusing on the problem of college students’crime, from the perspective of deviant sociology,pressure integration theoretical model is put forward,this theory model has two systems,one is the intermediary system of pressure-negative emotions-crime,another is the condition system based on social support and social control as two wings.Through the analysis of this theoretical model,the occurrence of crime behavior is closely related to the stress and its related factors,stess is the primary cause of crime,but the pressure is not equal to crime,the key is to see whether the coping styles of pressure is reasonable and effective or not. If you can’t cope with pressure effectively will produce negative emotions, it can lead to crime if negative emotions can’t get effective management,in this process,social support and social control are the important factors to affect the running of pressure-negative emotions-crime.Through the improvement of the status of social support and strengthen the effect of social control,it will reach blocking the running of pressure-negative emotions-crime,so as to achieve the effect of prevention and control on college students’crime.This paper focuses on the important role of empirical analysis on the college students’crime,individual interviews,typical case analysis,questionnaire survey three forms,throughout the empirical analysis of college students’crime from the perspective of deviant sociology,refecting the process from the individual to the special,and then to the general.This is not only in comformity with the understanding on the development of things,and the concrete application of marxist materialist dialectics in practice. Through theoretical research and empirical analysis of this paper can be concluded:first of all, college students’ crime as a social problem that is more suitable for research from the perspective of deviant sociology;secondly, the theoretical model of pressure integration fundamentally reveals the cause of college students’crime; thirdly,this paper points out the four aspects of prevention and control system construction,namely system,culture,education and society; finally,this paper lists the specific countermeasures,including the improvement of pressure coping styles,optimization of social support status and enhancement of social control degress.
