Research On Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education On Crime Prevention Of Contemporary College Students

The crime rate of contemporary college students is rising year by year,especially some of the major cases that college students committed have been sounding the alarm in our society,how to prevent college students' crime has become a social problem which is widely concerned.College students are the backbone of social development and they will be the main force of the country's future.Crime not only ruins the future of the college students,but also causes the loss of the state and society.So it is pressing to prevent the crime of college students.The paper starts from the perspective of ideological and political education,trying to achieve the prevention of contemporary college students' crime through ideological and political education.The first part of this paper is the introduction,which clarifies the background and significance of the research,explains the research status at home and abroad,illustrates the research contents and research methods,and points out the innovation of this paper.In the second part,the concept of contemporary college students' crime is expounded,and the object of this study is clarified.According to the characteristics of contemporary college students in their own age,psychology and education,the present situation of contemporary college students' crime is analyzed: increase of the crime of high degree college students,increase of the proportion of crime of the female college students and the trend of the joint crime are prominent.The characteristics of the contemporary college students' crime are the arbitrary motive of crime and diversification of crime type.The third part of this paper analyzes the causes of contemporary college students' crime,which are mainly divided into external and internal factors.The external factors are composed of social factors,family factors,school factors and other factors from the outside world,while the internal factors are composed of the differences of individual psychological factors and the individual life experience.It shows that college students' crime is a result of multiple factors.If we want to prevent college students' crime,we must start with the causes of it,so as to block the source of college students' crime and fundamentally eliminate the crime.At the same time in order to reduce the college students' crime rate through the ideological and political education,we should first examine and improve the ideological and political education work in the existing part.So the fourth part of this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current ideological and political education work on the prevention of college students' crime from three aspects that are the main body of ideological and political education,system of ideological and political education and ideological and political education method.Based on the analysis of the fourth part of this paper,the fifth part of this paper puts forward specific measures to prevent college students' crime through ideological and political education according to the current situation,characteristics and causes of contemporary college students' crime: First,we should optimize the ideological and political education environment to prevent college students' crime,including optimizing the environment of ideological and political education and optimizing the environment of family ideological and political education;Secondly,improve the response to prevent the crime of college students ideological and political education content,including improve the ideological and political education,strengthen legal education and popularization of mental health education,carry out the setbacks education,strengthen the team spirit,carry out education of ideological and political education of different objects;it is also necessary to improve the ideological and political education methods to prevent the crime of college students,which mainly includes the corresponding countermeasures such as improving classroom teaching quality,innovating teaching methods,optimizing ideological and political education teachers and so on,in order to achieve the best effect on the prevention of college students' crime from the level of ideological and political education.
