Innovation Research On Financial Governance Mode Of Chinese Public University

Due to many aspects of history and reality, the university which the central government andlocal government set up still has not been a legal running independently, and not freed itself fromthe government as a subsidiary. There are a lot of problems on its financial governance. However,reform trend of university is irreversible. Popularization and globalization of higher educationand the reality of university developing rapidly require the constant improvement of financialgovernance urgently. Thus, the university financial governance is becoming the important areathat government, academia, accounting field and micro-finance research.This paper bases on the basic theory of corporate financial governance that is principal-agenttheory, stakeholder theory and corporate finance theory. Combining connotation of these theories,it develops university governance theory from corporate (corporate governance structure reflectsa series of economic relations that is investors and operators, managers and supervisors). Therebyit derives the basic concepts and essential properties of university financial governance. Thisarticle also discusses the mode and basic mechanism of university financial governancesystematically.The specific sections are as follows:Preface. Beginning with the relevant research of background of domestic and foreignuniversities, it proposes the background and basis of research. This paper employsmultidisciplinary and comprehensive methods.
