Altruistic behavior is a noble behavior in human social practice. It is a volunteer social behavior whose purpose is to help others and it is a higher level of moral development. In the period of social transformation, economic transformation and the changes of the values give the school moral education work enormous implications in our country, which even bring challenges to the cultivation of the student altruistic behavior. Altruism behavior is the higher stage of moral development, and its development is an important indicator of Childers’s moral development which plays an important role in Childers’s socialization process."National medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020)" stipulates that in the compulsory education stage, we should reduce the burden of primary and middle school students, and pay attention to moral cultivation and also form a good habit. Primary school stage is the key to Childers’s behavioral development period. The cultivation of the altruistic behavior helps to improve the quality of student conduct and contribute to the sound of his character. The article4of "Minors protection law" stipulates that "the state, society, schools and families should do ideal education, moral education, culture education, discipline and legal system education, patriotism, collectivism and socialism education to minors, and advocate love motherland, love people, love labour, love science, love socialism morality, against capitalism and feudalism and other decadent ideas of the erosion". As a main place of education activities, to cultivate the student altruistic behavior is the unshirkable responsibility for school. In this paper, on the basis of investigation and research, we start from the social reality, through the analysis of social transition influence on students’ altruistic behavior, combining the theory of human nature, Hoffman’s empathy theory and Bandera’s social learning theory, from family, school and society three aspects of how to cultivate pupils’altruistic behavior made relevant suggestions and thinking. Besides the introduction and conclusion, this paper contains four chapters with three parts. The main content is as follows:In part one, basic concepts, literature review and research of the theoretical basis (mainly include the introduction and first chapter) are introduced. In this part, it is mainly on the definition of basic concepts (mainly including altruism, selfish behavior, mutually beneficial behavior) and clear the theoretical basis of this study (human nature theory, Hoffman’s empathy theory and Bandera’s social learning theory) for this paper. It has been clear about the problem of this study background, research significance, domestic and foreign existing research status, research methods and research ideas and thesis framework as well.In part two, it is the importance analysis for the present situation of primary school student altruistic behavior (mainly includes chapter2and chapter3).This part mainly analysis under the social background of the current social transformation, social transformation for the effects of school moral education. Moreover, under this background, the existing problems of altruistic behavior education for primary students, and the importance of student altruistic behavior education are discussed. This research mainly knows the situations of student altruistic behavior from the four aspects such as help, cooperation, sharing and giving. Through investigation we found that the student altruistic behavior is more optimistic in overall level. In the investigation of four aspects, the choice number of implementation of altruistic behavior of primary school students accounted for more than800%of the total number. Pupil altruism objects tend to family, friends, and other familiar people. In the four aspects such as help, cooperation, sharing and giving, sharing with others is the highest who accounted for95.8%of the total and giving is the weakest one, only85.7%of the students choose to implement donation behavior. From the figures, we can conclude that primary school students cannot grasp the connotation of the altruistic behavior clearly. They more incline to implement to share and help others behavior and all aspects of elementary school student level of altruistic behavior exist unbalance. In addition, for the elementary school students, due to the difference of ages and genders, there are some significant differences on altruistic behavior. However, the different identity characteristics (such as whether to be the class cadre) showed there is no obvious difference in altruistic behavior.Part three discussed the training strategy analysis for the primary student altruistic behavior (mainly includes chapter4and conclusion). In this part, we integrated use pedagogy, psychology, sociology, ethic and other discipline knowledge. Moreover, combining with the survey results and applying the three aspects such as the basis of the theory of human nature, Hoffman’s empathy theory and Bandera’s social learning theory from family, school and society, we proposed elementary student altruistic behavior training strategy. State and society should perfect the laws and regulations system, implement the rule of law, develop the social economy and create a good social atmosphere so that the society is made as the youth moral growth of soil. Schools should change the education concept which treats entering a higher school as the sole purpose, and we should form the values whose purpose is to foster adult. Parents should set an example for children and create a democratic family life which gives conditions for pupils’ altruistic behavior training.
