The research uses the method of Documentary Method, Investigation Method, Classroom Observation, Delphi Method, Mathematical Statistics, Logical Analysis and other methods to make the theoretical discussion and empirical study on the curriculum view of the physical education teachers in the middle and primary school.Combined with the curriculum theory and the characters of the gym courses, the concept, structure, character and the analysis frame of the influencing factors of the curriculum view of the physical education teachers in the middle and primary school are put forward and the following empirical study is open up on this basis.1.Draw up the Questionnaire of Curriculum View of the Physical education teachers in The Middle and Primary School which has good faith and efficiency and6dimensionalities.2.Take the diagnoses by using the self-made questionnaire on the curriculum view of the physical education teachers in the middle and primary school and it shows the average amount of the every dimensionality for the courses is between4.329to4.591, which tells the general level of the curriculum view of the physical education teachers in the middle and primary school is quite excellent. The average amount of every dimensionality for the curriculum view of the physical education teachers in the middle and primary school ranking by the size are:Curriculum Status View>Curriculum Objectives>Curriculum Contents>Curriculum Evaluation>Curriculum Implementation> Curriculum Nature View.Some differences between the physical education teachers’curriculum exist because of different genders, ages, teaching years, education years, titles, school characters, school district and training times.3.Draw up the Course Practice Translating Course Observed Quantity Form of Physical education teacher which has good faith and effect and includes5level1targets,36level2targets. It makes the description of the approach of achieving each target’s investigation record.4.By the course observation, the course practice translating of the physical education teacher in the middle and primary school is not so good. The physical education teacher can’t use the theory and the requirement of the new courses reform into practice course teaching well. It shows that the situation of the transformation of classroom practice used by the physical education teachers in the demonstration schools is better than them who are not in the demonstration schools; The differences of transformation of classroom practice between the new and old teachers are not so huge; The teachers in the city are better than those in the village; The gap between the primary and middle school teachers is not so obvious.The main factors which affect the transformation of classroom practice of the physical education teachers’ view in the middle and primry schools by discussing with the teachers:lack of the effective incentive system, management system, schools’ condition restriction, atmosphere of the new courses’ reformation and the deviation of the teachers’ cognition, improvement of the teacher’s level.5.There are the following plans for the promoting the development of the curriculum view of the physical education teacher in the middle and primary schools and the conversion course practice:Social Level. Increase input, emphasize the practice of the teacher’s training; School Level. Get to know the importance of the reformation of gym courses, making some moderate administrative intervention for the conversion course practice of the physical education teacher’s curriculum view; Teacher’s Personal Level. Change the view. The teachers should have the consciousness of the independent study and increase their own teaching ethical level.
