The universities’ ideological and political education shall return to the real life, it will be a return of value rationality, and it will be where its vitality lies. The research on the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities from the perspective of informatization has become a significant theoretical and practical theme that the universities’ ideological and political education research has to be confronted with, and it emerges at the historic moment when China’s society is experiencing and will continuously speed up its development for the actual demands and historical process of information exchange practice. The ideological and political education in contemporary China is facing reform and innovation. from a more spacious and more profound perspective, positively and thoroughly researching the issue of information era’s universities’ ideological and political education’s effectiveness, exploring the road to the construction of the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness system in a dialectical combination of "technical rationality" and "educational ethnics" is not only a theoretical purport return of the current universities’ideological and political education reform, but also a practical purport return of the universities’ ideological and political education innovation.Based on the above cognition, taking dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the essential research method, beginning with the reality of the universities’ideological and political education transition, from the the perspective of information exchange practice, based on the perspective of information exchange practice, and on the basis of totally recognizing the internal and external ecological transition of universities’ ideological and political education, this paper will explore the interpretation of the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization, make efforts to construct the improving road to the effectiveness of universities’ ideological and political education, and seek for the way to human’s liberal and comprehensive development.The whole paper consists of fiver parts.Part One, a basic platform for the research of universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization shall be constructed to establish a basic visual field and discuss space for the research. In the introduction, combining with realities, this paper clarifies the reason for the research of universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization, and points out that it is a theme of times in the background of informatization development. While combing the existing relevant research status, this paper also clarifies the unique perspective of the research of universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization.Part Two, a secondary platform for the research of the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization shall be constructed to clarify relevant concept and theoretical basis for the research, as well as make relevant interpretation to the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization. In chapter One, starting with the social transition in the background of information exchange transition, this paper defines the reformation, characteristics and current situation of the universities’ ideological and political education from the perspective of informatization, and clarifies the logical starting points and realistic background of the universities’ ideological and political education from the perspective of informatization. On this basis, starting with the widely and deeply contact between the university students and colorful information media, Chapter Two of this paper makes a new interpretation to the ideological and behavioral characteristics of the educatees of the universities’ ideological and political education from the perspective of informatization--university students, by cognition and profound consideration of the subjective development of the university students in the information exchange practice perspective, it works out the basis of research, and makes it the premise for the further implementation of the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization.Part Three, a tertiary platform for the research of the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization shall be constructed to form a more systematic comprehension of the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization. In Chapter Three of this paper, the thematic research is pushed to depth, the connotation of the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization is intensively researched, and this is also detailedly researched from two dimensions--chance and challenge, hence, a theoretical and factual analysis of thematic research of this paper is also comprehensively made.Part Four, the realistic application to the research of the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization is constructed, to apply the research of the "former three parts" to empirical analysis. In Chapter Four of this paper, it mainly discusses the principles and methods of the improvement of the the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization, puts forward five basic principles of the improvement of effectiveness, such as practicality of educational activities, the principle of equal educational subject,the divert principles of education, the permeability of the principles of educational content, and analyzes the methods of the improvement of effectiveness in four aspects, namely, basing on practice, aiming at long-term plan, stressing the key points, paying attention to fusion and improving the effect.In Chapter Five of this paper, combining the theoretical and factual analysis on the internal and external ecological reformation concerning the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization in Chapter One, Chapter Two and Chapter Three, closely abiding by the basic principles and methods of effectiveness of improvement initiated in Chapter Four, and further from the view angle of route selection, it builds up a technical route to the improvement of the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization, and it also profoundly considers and initiates the premise, emphasis and route to the construction of evaluation system concerning the improvement of research of the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness from the perspective of informatization based on the goal of effectiveness improvement.Part Five, from the theoretical level, it analyzes the value rationality of the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness, points out that in the perspective of information exchange practice, the universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness eventually embodies promoting the realization of human’s liberal and comprehensive development. The universities’ ideological and political education effectiveness shall be based on the premise of information exchange practice, adhere to the idea of reflection and criticism, rationally think and implement the construction of information society, and build up a humanized, rational and standardized ideological and political education platform to go towards the federal and comprehensive development road to man and society, with a conscious and autonomous attitude.
