Research On Innovation Capital Operation Of The Higher Education Sustainable Development

The article analyzes on the innovation of capital operation and the existingproblems；sets up modeling for the higher institutions capital operation management；studies the application of combination mechanism of the system analysis and safetyrules in higher learning institution`s sustainable innovation capital operation.
