Ming Dynasty is a transition in the history of Chinese thought, and literary criticism hasentered a phase of transition. The Neo-Confucianist of the early Ming Dynasty penetrate intothe literary creation and literary theory, then become a universal awareness of theconcept,modes of thinking. The period of Ching Tak, Jiajing is major a hub of social changein the Ming Dynasty, and Wang YangMing creates the system of the philosophy on the base ofLu Jiuyuan, Chen Xianzhang’doctrine. Philosophy to"heart","unity"and"conscience"as thecore proposition, and certainly carry forward the spirit of the human,and it has a tendency toideological emancipation. The emergence of the philosophy, is undoubtedly the sign of thechange of The Ming Dynasty literary thought from "follow the ancient" to "follow oneself ".Since the mid-Ming, a new meteorological has appeared on the literary criticism, and the newmeteorological not only lasts the Song and Yuan’s Literary Criticism inertially,but also has thenew quality which is different from the previous generation.It has significant variability,complexity,.During this time, the literature concepts of elegance,vulgar, follow the ancient,follow oneself are shifting in the game.The development trajectory of the Ming Dynasty’sliterary criticism and the evolution of the philosophy of the Ming Dynasty are roughlysynchronized and corresponding,and the establishment and streaming of the YangMing’sphilosophy have changed the trend of the late Ming literary criticism to some extent.The study of the YangMing’s philosophy and the literary criticism of the Ming Dynasty,has been brought to the attention of the philosophy and literary researchers.As the studyprogressd, The study of the YangMing’s philosophy has entered the era of diversification, andsomebody regards the YangMing’s philosophy as a research ontology to explore, andsomebody regards the YangMing’s philosophy as philosophical background to inspect therelationship between the YangMing’s philosophy and the literary thought, literary theory,literary trends. As the background of the philosophy, the middle and late Ming literarycriticism itself is showing the characteristics of emphasizing individuals and personality, andsome literary theorists proceed literary criticism from the perspective of innocence,spirituality and real emotion, reflecting a style which is quite different from the previousgeneration; On the other hand, With the prosperity of literature creation,such as the novels,operas, the criticism of traditional of poetry and fiction,drama presents unusually activeposture; As the same time,the large-area dissemination of philosophy profoundly impact theconnotation of literary aesthetic and the discourse style of literary criticism, making thequalities of the whole middle and late Ming’s literary criticism more remarkable.This paperinspect the relationship between the YangMing’s philosophy and the middle and late Ming’sliterary criticism, the study of philosophy, thought how role and counterproductive in literarycriticism, as well as the changes of the quality and performance features of Ming Dynastyliterary criticism within this role.This paper consists of five major:The introduction respectively expounds the basis significance, research status and research methods of the topics. Which is discussed from five aspects to the current study andthe perspective of literary criticism of Ming dynasty: the research of philosophy,the individualresearch of sociologists’ literary activities, the research of the philosophy and the MingDynasty’s.the research of emotional theory of ancient literature and the Ming Dynasty’sliterary criticism, the deficiency of the present research, overally dissasing on the researchsttus of problems related to this topic.The first chapter is Wang Yangming and the prevue of the philosophy. It brieflyintroduces YangMing its people, the core of the philosophy, and the relationship of betweenthe philosophy and literature,to clarify the related concepts and relationships, and provide areference to further expand the YangMing’s philosophy and the middle and late MingDynasty’s literary criticism.The second chapter is the research of the YangMing’s philosophy and the middle and lateMing Dynasty’s literary concept.It respectively explains the literary concept of five literarytheorists in the middle and late Ming Dynasty, and discusses the formation and characteristicsof the Tang Shunzhi, Xu wei, Li Zhi, Tang Xianzu, Yuan Hongdao’s literary concept,andfocuses on the relationship between their literary concept and philosophy.The third chapter is the YangMing’s philosophy and multiple stylistic about literarycriticism in the middle and late Ming Dynasty.This chapter first outlines the inheritance anddevelopment of the literary stylistic criticism under the background of philosophy, then itrespectively takes poetry, prose, fiction, drama theory for example to investigate therelationship between the philosophy and traditional poetry theory, the development of the laterfiction, drama theory,and prominent features that various literary stylistic criticism presentes.The fourth chapter is the criticism about the YangMing’s philosophy and the middle andlate Ming Dynasty’s aesthetic theory. This section is discussed through three perspectives.Firstly it focus on the transformation about aesthetic ideas in Reason and Desire conflict, andpointed out that the middle and late Ming Dynasty’s literary aesthetic theory has achieved theconstruction of aesthetic ideas in the process of "from the elegant to the vulgar","fromancient to now","from thoery to motion". Secondly,it summarizes the connotation of theaesthetic characteristics under the background of philosophy, which is reflected in the mainspirit, experience, and the overall effect of the characteristics.Once more,it discussed therepresentative aesthetic categories in this stage: fun, joy,and madness,from the perspective ofthe stablishment of aesthetic categories in the perceptual perspective.There is some association between the YangMing’s philosophy and the Ming Dynasty’sliterary criticism,and this association is reasonable and inevitable.The serious reorganizingand demonstration about the association between the YangMing’s philosophy and the MingDynasty’s literary criticism, will also enriches the research of the Ming Dynasty’s literarytheory and creation from a perspective of integration among philosophy,history andliterature,and at the same time,it will expand the research methods of interpretation aboutliterary theory and the sight.
