In a theoretical point of view, since studying on cultural and creative industries isregarded as part of the cultural turning tendency in the research on economicgeography, regional economics, which is the interdiscipline of economics andgeography, should study cultural and creative industries systematically and bring thestudies into its research system to propel its development. As regional choice andagglomerate is the core content of regional economics research system, they alsoshould be the core content of the studies on cultural and creative industries.Meanwhile, either the agricultural location theory, or the industrial location theory,which is the product before the postal-industrial society, neglects the analysis onhuman’s initiative and social and human factors. As a result, both of these theoriescannot solve the regional choice and agglomerate problems in cultural and creativeindustries, effectively, for whose input factor is mainly talents. On the other hand, thebasis of regional economics contains little micro economics theory, which makes itout of the mainstream economics field. While, the logical deduction from regionalchoice to agglomerate uses lots of micro economics theories, which offsets the defectof regional economics, exactly. So, studying the problems on the regional choice andagglomerate in cultural and creative industries and making logical deduction on themnot only response the cultural turning tendency in the field of social sciences, but alsorenew and complete the system framework of regional economics in thepostal-industrial society.In a practical point of view, cultural and creative industries is widely regarded asa new industries form in the post-industrial society, which Leading cities in the futuredevelopment and supporting urban economies continually updated, it is an importantpart of urban economic competitiveness and cultural competitiveness, cities at alllevels vote a great deal of enthusiasm to it, cities set off a climax to the developmentof cultural and creative industries. Although the cultural and creative industries in our country at all levels of city have had a great development, But as a high-endindustries, whether it is suitable for a wide range of development in all cities Is still aissue, which need to be carefully consider, research culture and creative industrieslocation choice and influencing factors of agglomerate provide valuable theoreticalreference in order to accurately answer this question. In the post-industrial era,upgrading of industrial structure is softening industrial structure, is also furtherpromote the momentum of upgrading the industrial structure. Therefore, cultural andcreative industries and the industrial structure soften have interaction, a thoroughunderstanding of this interaction also provides a reference for whether cultural andcreative industries id suitable for a wide range of development in all cities. The otherhand, cultural and creative industries is an effective way to enhance urban soft power,study this will help the city enhance its soft power to achieve targeted.The above constitute the focus of this research, this research is divided into threeparts, total of seven chapters. The first part of this article is an introduction, includethe Chapter I and Chapter II. The first chapter described the research background, thesignificance of the topic, the core concept to define and chinese and foreign literaturereview, and the full text of the writing framework and content innovation a generaldescription. The second chapter is to explain why the city should be the bestperspective of study in cultural and creative industries, this chapter provides a briefanalysis of the interaction among the cities, economic and cultural, describes thecultural and creative industries urban property, it is a necessary bedding for thewriting below.The second part is the core chapters, include Chapter III to Chapter VI, based onthe content of the article features, divided this part into upper and lower part.Upper part include Chapter III and Chapter IV, this can be regarded as amicroscopic analysis of the cultural and creative industries. The third chapteranalyzes the location (city) choice of the cultural and creative industries, this chapterinclude the overview of the defects of traditional location theory and thecorresponding improvements, and the introduction of urban amenity and relatedtheory. And on this basis, use two-stage’s analysis method, the first analysis of thelocation choice of the cultural and creative industries practitioners, and then analyze the location choice of the cultural and creative enterprises, this is a complete solutionto the location choice of cultural and creative industries. The fourth chapter is thelogical progression of third chapter, after a brief review of the agglomerate theory,also use two-stage’s analysis, discusses the logical deductive process from locationchoice to agglomerate of cultural and creative industries systematically. After that,use multiple regression model and stepwise regression method, do a empiricalanalysis of the impact factors of the urban agglomerate of China’s cultural andcreative industries.Lower part include Chapter V and Chapter VI, this can be regarded as a macroanalysis of the cultural and creative industries. The fifth chapter analyzes interactionbetween the cultural and creative industries development and industrial structuresoften, and use the Beijing and Shanghai’s cultural and creative industries data toconduct an empirical study. The panel model’s empirical results which based onBeijing data show that forward industrial structure soften have greatly promoted thedevelopment of cultural and creative industries; the input-output analysis which basedon Shanghai data show that forward industrial structure soften have greatly promotedthe development of cultural and creative industries again, and also show that thedevelopment of the cultural and creative industries have greatly promoted thebackward industrial structure soften. The sixth chapter analyzes the relationshipbetween cultural and creative industries and the urban soft power, urbanattractiveness, urban cohesion, the image of the city are the important part of the citysoft power, the development of cultural and creative industries has helped the city toattract external population and capital; to conduct urban spiritual civilization andbuild a harmonious society; and good for urban renewal and city marketing, is animportant carrier of the city enhance its soft power.The third part is the concluding part of this article, including Chapter VII. Thischapter first analyzes the main problems in the development and study of the culturaland creative industries in China, and proposes the solution. Finally is a roughsummary of this article, and pointed out that the focus of future research.
