Research is on occupation health classification of workplaces in base of the investigation and questionnaire survey. Alone noise, dust, toxic classification evaluation model is built in an ideal state. In fact, there are several occupational health factor in a real workplace, comprehensive classification evaluation model on occupation health is established and occupation health inherent riskis determined. Analysis influencing factors of the occupation hazard risk levels, determine the index ofperson that contact occupation hazardous factor and occupation health management level. Then the enterprise overall risk assessment model of occupation health is built. In a development zone the evaluation model is verified, and amends the model in base of the actual situation, determined the daily supervision frequency anduse the evaluation model, supervision staff number of occupation health can be Calculated, which may be useful to the government departments. The study perfecte the occupation health supervision proceduresof national developing zone, covering the needs analysis, risk assessment, risk classification, classification supervision etc, which can effectively guide, promote enterprise’s occupation health management level.
