According to the rapid development of Digital technology and thecontemporary culture, combining with complex science infusion, architecture isbeing challenged and faces the revolution which is mainly held by the digitalarchitecture which contains non-linear and non-standard design. However, thebasic theory and the correlation theories are being developed and updated andlack of the intensive study of some important issues including specialcharacteristics, digital architecture aesthetics and so on."Philosophy, which is called science of science and is basic theory formany other subjects, plays an important role in guiding the development oftheory. The thoughts of philosopher Deleuze have an important impact on thedevelopment of contemporary science, culture, and aesthetics and also on thedigital architecture. From many practices of digital architecture design, we cantell that the concept of Fold and relevant theory become the guidance principlesthroughout the whole design process and lie deeply in the architectures works. This paper makes an effort to summarize the thoughts of philosopherDeleuze which can become the fundamental theory of digital architecture. This paper includes three parts. In the first part, the writer pays muchattention to some key concepts such as fold, nomadic space and becomingthoughts. On the basis study of these key issues, the writer analyzes someimportant architects and architecture studios who bring the thoughts beforementioned into practices and gain success to some extent. From the theories tothe practices, the writer develops his own theoretical insights on spacebecoming of digital architecture under the principle of fold.In the second part, the writer focuses on the nomadic thoughts ofphilosopher Deleuze and re-explains it, further on, develops the aestheticstheories on nomadic space and nomadic of digital architecture, which are highlyinnovative. The nomadic space theory describes and demonstrates the new spaceparadigm of architecture in which people are considered as the principle part ofspace so architecture and its surroundings are taken as the background. Further on, because of the innovation of non-standard and non-linerbuildings, the relevant aesthetics theory is in shortage and falls behind. In orderto fix this gap, the paper improves the nomadic aesthetics theory and expands itto digital architecture. This is a highly innovative way. At the end, the paperexpounds the standards of nomadic aesthetics as well as the relationshipbetween digital architecture and nomadic aesthetics.Although this paper can not cover all aspects of digital architecture theories,it surely plays an important role in expanding and deepening the theory ofdigital architecture and to some extent, could have been the guidance to theresearch and practice of digital architecture.
