Based on underground pressure theory, according to actual geological condition of workfacein Tunlan Mine, the mining roadway arrangement and mining technology which suitable forgob-side entry retaining were put forward; according to the backfill force analysis within fillingbody or under the first and second mining influence, reasonable parameter of roadside backfillwas obtained; paste-concrete roadside filling material was developed, roadway adjacent fillingtemplate stents are used in workingface, stents can anterior shift mechanical formwork erectionin self to ensure the quality of roadway adjacent filling; the gob-side entry retaining basicsupport and filling wall support system was achieved by using high prestressed anchor cable,high strength anchor and roadside backfill, a strengthening method that arrange meshreinforcement within backfill was put forward, sealed wall crack with grouting, achievedY-ventilation mode of gob-side entry retaining technology. The field tests results showed thatgob-side entry retaining technology can stand twice mining influence and ensure miningsmoothly, solved gas transfinite issue successfully. The gob-side entry retaining technology waspopularized and applied in Tunlan Mine and has obtained pretty good economic and socialbenefits.
