Study On Production Capacity Of Laixin Iron Mine From The Perspective Of System

Steel industry is the pillar industry of our country, and the iron ore is the mostimportant raw material for steel production enterprises. Along with the developmentof our society, the demand of iron and steel becomes stronger and stronger. Therefore,a series of questions about the production of steel ore are inevitably placed in aprominent position. So, this dissertation takes Laixin iron mine as the research objectto further study the production capacity of the mine.The dissertation discusses the concept, classification and accounting methods ofiron ore production capacity; and according to the actual situation of the Laixin ironmine, the dissertation analyzes six major aspects which will influence the productioncapacity of the mine in detail in order to lay the foundation for the following deepresearch; Based on the grey target theory, the production capacity of the iron minessubordinated to Luzhong Mining Group is evaluated comprehensively, Laixin ironmine ranks the third in all the four iron mine enterprises; Using the method of grayrelational analysis, four main factors from the12factors which influence productioncapacity of Laixin Iron Mine are selected, then providing direction to make effectivemeasures to improve the production capacity for the managers; integrately useing theGM (1,1) model and econometrics model, a model to forecast the output of LaixinIron Mine is established, then forecasting the output of the Laixin Iron Mine output in2013scientifically；From the point of view of management, targeted suggestionsimproving the production capability of Laixin Iron Mine from six aspects are putforward.
