The Research On Integration Management For Construction Of Mine Shaft

With the feature of the large investment, high risk, multi-stakeholder participants, wide social impact and long life cycle, the project of mine construction shaft construction is a complex systems engineering. This article established the integrated management system of mine shaft construction projects through the system transformation of mine shaft construction, thus ensuring the continuity and integrity of the whole process of the organization, processes, targed system. At the same time, the paper studies systematically the elements necessary for successfully management of shaft construction projection,for example,management organization, management processes, management methods, management techniques, management objectives, etc. by using the relevant theories and methods, such as systems science, management, project management, full life-cycle management, integration theory, etc. The paper studies and discusses deeply the problems of the shaft construction project management from the viewpoint of systems engineering, and conducts comprehensive study for the shaft construction project life cycle management. Based on the integration of project management theory and management theory, the paper proposes shaft construction project management on integrated three-dimensional structure by study of Xuandong2th mine, and analysis three-dimensional integrated management system of the shaft construction project completely relatively by combing with construction features of the existing mine shaft construction project.The results show that this project improved the progress of the project and construction quality,because of use partly the integrated management ideas.
