Research On Modern Community Commercial Services Mode And Architectue

As China’s economic development and raise the level of national income, residents have made new demands to the community consumer and services. Existing community business has not fully meet the residents’ requirements of improving the quality of life; On the other hand, community commercial development, this hot issue has been placed in front of the business department, May2006, Ministry of Commerce issued the "guidance for speeding up our community business", put forward specific requirements to accelerating the development of the community commerce, clear guidelines and principles of the development, pointed out the direction for the local. Research and Exploration of this paper, has important practical significance for future development and layout of new community commerce and transformation of the old community business to improve the level of community management.In the academia currently, research on the issue of Community Business system model is still basically a blank. This paper will use the research of community business model, combine theoretical studies of large-scale systems to research the modern community business service model, establish the appropriate modern community business services model of large-scale systems, and discuss some issues unresolved or not involved in this area deep, is a combination of modern management theory and new commercial activities, is a useful attempt to enhance the management science, at the same time enrich and further develop the theory of the Commercial network, the modern community business model, therefore has a strong theoretical significance.In order to do this, this paper use management principles、methods and systems theory control theory ideas, mesh with the characteristics of community business system to study the effect relationship、operation of the mechanism、adjustment mechanism between the components of modern community business services system. Including the use of large-scale system theory to design the composition of modern community business services systems, the relationship between the various subsystems, the stability and affecting factors of the modern community commercial services system; Establish the control and evaluation model of community business large-scale system, evaluate and simulate the community-business systems, analysis the composition and function of community business models, accordingly, test the results of theoretical research and modify, supplement.The innovations of this research are:(1) Use of community services and systems engineering theory, put forward a large-scale systems thinking of modern Community commercial services, Construction of a modern community service programming model.(2) Use of the control method of community business large-scale system, study the establishment of information network platform for community business services and the architecture of information integration platform, put forward the coordinated development index model and calculation method of community business services.(3) Through the analysis of modern community business model, combine with the application of community business large-scale systems simulation model, design reference model of the modern community convenience store network for interactive marketing, and be verified through the practical application of case.
