Technological Diffusion Mechanism Of Industrial Cluster And Its Empirical Research Considering The Interactions Between The Enterprises

In technological innovation diffusion process, the enterprise’s behavior of adopting newtechnology is a complex system process. The enterprise’s behavior of adopting new technologywas seen as a separate decision-making process in the previous studies, and then formed manyviewpoints such as epidemic theory, natural selection theory, or stimulation-reaction theory andso on. These theories treat the enterprise’s behavior of adopting new technology as an investmentbehavior in economic decision-making. Whether the enterprise adopting the new technologymainly is determined by the impact of the investment and the expected return. However, wefound that behavior of adopting new technology also subjected to the influences of the otherenterprises within the cluster.To this end, differ from the analysis methods which only consider the enterprise’sdecision-making behavior of adopting new technologies independently, this dissertation alsoconsider the situation of interaction between the enterprises, and research the technologicalinnovation diffusion mechanism and evolution model of the of enterprises within the industrycluster. It chose the Hengshui Anping Wire Mesh industry clusters and Baoding New Energy andPower Transmission industry cluster as research object, and keep the viewpoint that the differentinteraction manner between enterprises result in different technological innovation diffusionmechanism and effect. The main innovative achievements of this dissertation are:1. It put forward the technological innovation diffusion mechanism and evolution model inthe situation of interaction between the enterprises within the industry cluster. This dissertationdivide the process of enterprises adopt the new technology into perception stage, cognitionstage and recognition stages, analyzing the decision-making mechanism respectively, and establishthe technological innovation diffusion evolution model of the industry cluster and thensimulation it.2. It put forward the technological innovation diffusion mechanism model of the industrycluster which is constitute by the small and mini enterprises whose products, productionprocesses and production scale are mostly are same in the situation of interaction between theenterprises. It chose the Hengshui Anping Wire Mesh industry clusters and Baoding New Energyand Power Transmission industry cluster as research object, treating the enterprise’s behavior ofadopting new technology within the industry cluster as a collective learning process based onepidemic principle, analyses the details and manner of the interaction between the enterprise and the relationship between technological innovation diffusion effect within Anping Wire Mesh theindustry cluster which is so called Regional Production Specialization industry cluster.First of all, through research, this dissertation analysis the ethnic’s manner and ethnicenterprise’s main learning behavior and manner within the industry cluster. Secondly, is treat thedecision-making process of adopting new technology as formal or informal learning processesamong enterprises, and research the learning characteristic of the enterprises in differentdecision-making stage, and by regression analyzing, the relationship between thedecision-making of adopting new technology, learning behavior and technology diffusioneffect are researched. Finally, It put forward the technological innovation diffusion mechanismand situation of this kind of industry cluster.3. It put forward the technological innovation diffusion mechanism model of the industrycluster which is constitute by the small and medium-size enterprises whose products, productionprocesses and production scale are mostly are not same in the situation of interaction between theenterprises. Second, the focus of analysis of the industrial chain industrycluster core businesses and general corporate learning behavior in learning and technologydiffusion, and analysis of core businesses and general corporate decision-making process andcharacteristics.
