In2003, our government put forward first the land policy in macro-control, and fiscal policy, monetary policy to regulate our country macroscopical economy balanced development. This regulation means of launch, to restrain our local overheating and overheated real estate investment has played a certain role. However, land policy implementation effect and the desired policy objectives there still exists a gap. But the existing research on the role of land policy in macro-control performance evaluation theories and methods are not perfect, based on this, in recent years the land policy of overall and regional performance evaluation for land policy on one hand, provide the basis for the adjustment, the other for the land policy in Macro-control Theory to offer a reference for construction.This paper uses the method of comparative analysis, combining quantitative and qualitative methods, mathematical analysis method, the total-structure, the land policy in Macro-control Theory Research and current situation on the basis of the study, separately from the land policy, performance and overall performance of regional policy performance of these three levels of land policy in macro control performance evaluation research. Through this research, first of all is to clarify the2003-2008of China’s land policy in macro control process, phase, as the evaluation research to provide the foundation; secondly, to2003-20081and policy overall performance for qualitative and quantitative evaluation; and then, divides the area of land policy in macro-control policy were analyzed, and the on the spatial differences of the performance evaluation of different areas, clear performance implementation; finally, evaluation of specific policies (the price policy of macroscopical adjusting control performance).The main contents and conclusions include the following:1) The land policy in Macro-control Theory ResearchThis chapter is the theoretical basis of the research on.
