It is an important resource for human to survival and develop, because the land ismulti-purpose properties which offered a variety of use ways for human. With thewhole human society development process, the source of food was directly providedfor human by farmland as a land use type. However, along with the the level ofproductivity raising, output benefit of farmland more and more low than constructionland relatively, which caused the phenomenon that to the farmland was constantlyoccupied by construction land. The urbanization process to speed up is the context, inour country, so land protection is particularly important. At present, the cultivated landprotection policy of lay particular stress on the protection of the number, to realize thesustainable use of land mode, the equal emphasis on quantity and quality protectionroad must be taken. Therefore, the farmland comprehensive production capacityevaluation was researched, which realized such a way to provide important theoreticalsupport, it was strong practical significance. In this paper, it was a breakpoint that space scope of mathematical model whichcomprehensive production capacity of farmland was calculated. With the the fullresearch and define of comprehensive connotation for farmland, the farmland areaswere divided in Sichuan province. On this basis, mathematical models of theoreticalproductivity and accessible productivity of farmland were bulided, meanwhilecombining each county (city, area) statistics to different farmland areas, the researchof the current productivityeffectively estimates.Ultimately, comprehensive productioncapacity of farmland was maken effective evaluation in Sichuan province. Fromdifferent type areas in different hierarchy that the yield and the total number of spatialanalysis, at the same time, to the whole of agricultural land in Sichuan provincecomprehensive production capacity based on the research, this paper discusses thetheory of farmland can be realized by using intensity, by using strength, theory ofpotential and can realize the potential use of the spatial distribution law, for the application of the achievements to lay the foundation. From the overall, Paper is divided into two parts. The first part of the thesisfocuses on the research division of farmland type areas and evaluation ofcomprehensive the ability of basic theory and basic methods, and in combination withthe sichuan province natural, social and economic situation was put forward on thebasis of geomorphology division and farming system division and farmlandproductivity accounting division,"three layer control" the thought of the division ofcomprehensive. At the same time, constructs the Sichuan provincial agricultural landproductivity, realize productivity theory, actual productivity evaluation method andsystem, thus realizing the theory of productivity and productivity in six types of areaof the establishment of mathematical model. The second part focuses on the results ofthe evaluation of the comprehensive production capacity, which reveals the differentlevels of different type of production capacity and the use of intensity and potential ofthe farmland in different etc and county (city, area) on the amount of space changerule of farmland in sichuan province. Through the research on three different levels offarmland production capacity of the size relations laws, it is corking to verify thecomprehensive production capacity of farmland in the system objective rule thatamong theoretical productivity, accessible productivity and current productivity,"theoretical productivity> accessible productivity>current productivity".At last, theproblems and the futher study research content of this paper was discussed.
