Industry technology is the existent form which technology evolved into the industry, the diffusion of industry technology is the transfering and spreading of industry technology in industry, which has important function to the industrial distribution, structural adjustment as I11 as industrial upgrade. In the contemporary society which economy of knowledge has become the main rhythm, it has both the evolutive logicality and developmental imminency that I study the connotation and law of the diffusion of industry technology from the visual angle of epistemology.Seen from the visual angle of epistemology, industry technology is a complicated system of technological knowledge, which is reconstructed in the context of industry and takes on the regional character. The idea that industry technology is a system of knowledge roots from the argumentation of the existent rationality of technological knowledge. Revield from the angle of history, technology is the theorization and systematism of experiential knowledge; measured from the angle of the era of science and technology, technology is the agency which science translate into productivity, the technologization of science and the sciencization of technology have provided polrful guarantee.The knowledge of industry technology consists of the entitative knowledge and nonentitative knowledge, the entitative knowledge is the knowledge which has materialized into implement such as machines and equipments, the nonentitative knowledge includes valuable knowledge, normative knowledge and academic knowledge. Analysed from the different angles, the knowledge of industry technology is the combination of factual knowledge and valuable knowledge, dominant knowledge and recessive knowledge, declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge, as I11 as rational knowledge and experiential knowledge. The reason that I emphasize the locality of the knowledge of industry technology is that the knowledge of industry technology is created and defended in the specifically context of industry. I should have an rational understanding on the the knowledge of industry technology, which displays the unification of locality and opening, diversity and oneness from both the temporal and spacial dimensionality.The diffusion of industry technology can divide into three types which are replication, recombination and re-creation, whose complexity stem from the network existence of industry technology and a good many factors which influence the diffusion of industry technology. On the basis that this paper have analyzed these questions deeply with the theory of the reconstruction of knowledge, this paper brings forward the corresponding countermeasures according respectively to the indraught strategy of the technology in our country, the overall arrangement of industry, the configuration adjustment of industry and clustering of technology etc.
