Research On Key Technology Of Business Process Improving Based On Service Oriented Architecture

Business process is the core and essence in enterprises. With the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises need to ensure business continuity, at the same time, improve their operational efficiency to meet the rapidly changing requirements of customers, which will inevitably ask for higher efficiency of the enterprise business processes.Confronted with the new requirements of business processes, there are following problems in traditional enterprises software systems:the existing business process optimization model is often the abstraction or simplification of actual business process, which ignores many practical factors and its optimized methods are not good enough to solve practical problems. At present, the informatization degree and business process automation degree of most service-oriented enterprises are still to be improved, in particular, the key part of business process is in a backward state. Take the typical mixed service-oriented enterprise-banking as an example, the informatization of large banks in our country is still blank in the field of business process optimization. The present bank business processing mode is not only inefficient, but also difficult to cope with changes in market and business processing course, which results in the frequent occurrence of business process interruption and customers’poor experiences.Based on the above background, this paper studys business processes optimization problem of service-oriented enterprises. Key issues for mixed service-oriented enterprises’integration of business process optimization are extracted from the practical feedback and theoretical review, and according to each key issue, studies are conducted from two aspects:business processes characteristics(issue characteristics) and solution method. Aim at the task throughput, completion time, post-processing load rate and continuity of business processes, this paper strives to attain both innovations and breakthroughs in theory and practical application, and gradually achieve the expected study goal. Generally speaking, the main contents are as follows:(1) Extensive literature review and practical researchBy referring to a lot of literature, this paper summarizes many research results, including business process optimization models, optimization algorithms and analysis and implementation methods of SOA for business process optimization, and points out the problems in the study. Since the present theoretical studies are mostly divorced from reality, it selects banking as a typical as well as common research background through practical research, and extracts key issues of SOA-based business process optimization from the actual business processes. Based on large literature review and actual research analysis, each research of key issues on the existing inadequacies is conducted by describing the problem background, significance, exploring its inherent characteristics and drawing on previous research. (2) Key issues of SOA-based business process optimizationOptimization of SOA-based business process includes changing demands of customers and discrete and continuous business processing chains within the enterprise itself, optimization methods with representative features are needed for phased study. This paper selects the bank sector as a prototype, faithful to the actual business processes and business environment, and according to a series of interlocking key issues, it constructs data model which includes many business processes optimization factors, and then designs an effective algorithm to solve it. This research ideas are close to actual business in enterprise, and avoid the disjuction of theoretical research and practice, which is more conducive to the use and promotion of scientific research.(3) The concept and application of the SOA-based business process optimization systemThrough the research of the service-oriented enterprises, this paper concludes the status of the banking informatization, it puts forwards the idea of applying the theoretical results to actual business. Based on the analysis of mixed service-oriented business processes, combined with real business environment in the bank, this paper designs framework and function modules of business process optimization system, this system has been successfully implemented in a large state-owned bank and withstood the test of practice.This paper provides theoretical and technical support for SOA-based business process optimization, it solves how to analyze the individual needs of customers, how to design models for uncertain problems, how to efficiently obtain the optimal scheduling strategy, and it provides implementation and design methods for SOA-based business process optimization system.
