With the development of economic globalization and the social division of labor,enterprises are facing a variety of challenges, such as the commercial competition brokethrough the geographical and national boundaries,product life cycle is becomingshorter and customer needs is becoming diverse and personalized. More and moreenterprises through a joint approach to deal with the fierce market competition formed avariety of collaborative production networked organization. At the same time, the rapiddevelopment of computer technology has provided technical support for this enterprisecollaboration model. But many practical cases show that the enterprises in a synergisticmanner to gain a competitive advantage while also facing new risks, the failure of thepartner enterprises or exception will affect the other enterprises in the network, evenaffect the normal operation of the entire production system, resulting in systemvulnerability. In order to maintain competitive advantage and reduce systemic risk, theresearch of collaborative production networked organization system vulnerability isbecoming the focus of attention of the academia and the business community.In the new century, collaborative production networked organization show somenew trends such as reticular formation, dynamic collaboration, cross-industry,cross-regional and knowledge collaboration. But the current vulnerability analyze ofcollaborative production networked organization usually use the traditional methods offault analysis, they have been unable to realize a variety of new features forcollaborative production networked organization. This paper put forward an idea ofusing complex network theory to analyze collaborative production networkedorganization vulnerability based on the analysis of related fields of the status quo.Research work is demonstrated as follows:First of all, according to the vulnerability research results in the field of politics,economics, finance, ecology, computer networks and power grids, clear the concept ofvulnerability and the main content. By the comparative analysis of the concept ofvulnerability and stability, survivability, robustness, risk, determine the systemperformance measure, and failure mode analysis of the two main research questions.Combine the research result of complex network theory, comb vulnerability analysismethod based on the theory and propose the application of this method must meet thesystem topology, the theories of two prerequisites. Clear concept of the collaborative production networked organization based on the collaborative network theory, andanalyze the characteristics of the system is running and the network topologycharacteristics. Based on distinguishing the five types of collaborative productionnetworked organization vulnerability, propose the mechanism of the fragile environment,associated with internal three-level, and point out that the topological structure,corporate functions, failure modes have a major impact on the size of the vulnerability.On the basis of the summary of the research, the main problem, prerequisites andinfluencing factors, comb complex network theory process model for vulnerabilityanalysis in collaborative production networked organization.Next, according to the system operating characteristics of collaborative productionnetworked organization, build the no right network model using the enterprise as a node,the supplies relationship between the enterprises as a side. Based on the no rightnetwork model, propose four sufficient conditions of the complex network theory isapplicable to the collaborative production networked organization vulnerability analysis,the four conditions are heterogeneous, scale-free, small-world, node centralitycharacteristics. According to the topological characteristics of the collaborativeproduction networked organization, study the advantages and disadvantages ofconnected graph, agglomeration, and the tenacity to measure network performance,propose vulnerability analysis method based on network efficiency parametercomponents, and analyze node degree, node betweenness, four kinds of edge degrees,and the relationship between edge betweenness and the vulnerability. Through thesimulation of a typical heavy chemical industry collaborative production networkedorganization, analyze the applicability of the complex network theory; verify thevalidity of the proposed model and method, and the relationship between topologicalparameters and vulnerability.Thirdly, refer the network, collaboration and environmental three-level structure ofthe GeMoC model; improve the defects of the original model such as black boxmechanisms, environmental factors, uncertainty and qualitative analysis; based on thetheory of value engineering, empower each side of the original no right network todistinguish the differences of the enterprise, propose the weighted network model ofcollaborative production networked organization. Briefly introduce the principles andconcepts of fuzzy set theory, transform the eexpert judgment of semantic variables intotriangular fuzzy numbers and assign a value to each edge. According to the weightedmodel and fuzzy theory, propose two assignment programs: the first kind,distinguish the probability of synergy between enterprise, according to weight characteristics of thevarious synergies in parallel to determine the right to the edge between two nodes; thesecond kind,distinguish the scarcity of enterprises which provide a variety of products,functions or services, transform the scarcity into impact probability in order todetermine the edge weights between two nodes. By the simulation of a typical heavychemical industry collaborative production networked organization, respectively verifythe feasibility of the two programs, contrast to the original analysis, and clear the impactof the enterprise functional differences to vulnerability.Then, review the BA scale-free network construction method, put the scale-freenetwork “robust and fragile "feature as the theoretical basis for the analysis of failuremodes associated with the vulnerability in the collaborative production networkedorganization. In accordance with the realities of corporate failure and collaborativerelationship interruption in the collaborative production networked organization, putforward the concept of failure mode, which contains the elements of failure, failuresequence, failure of the scale of three variables. The failure element refers to the node,the edge; the failure order sort in descending order of point degree, point betweennessand edge betweenness; the failure scale mainly refers to the ratio of failure elementsnumber and original number, use the above three variables to show different failuremodes in different combinations. By the simulation of a typical heavy chemical industrycollaborative production networked organization, respectively analyze the correlation ofvulnerability and failure mode in the no right network model and weighted networkmodel.Finally, summarize the main work and related results this article have done, andlook forward to the direction of further study and research focus.
