Modern social economy is both the service economy era and networks informationera. Modern service industries are the major industry feature of service economy era,and the industrialization and socialization of network information technology is theimportant characters of network information era. The thorough application of networkinformation technology in the production, management and consumption of the modernservice industries, which not only changed the traditional service connotation, alsoprovides new customer service experiences and new patterns of service production andoperation management. Network integration service systems which are importanttechnical facilities to support innovation of networked integrated service, is thepenetration results of network information technology applied in the modern serviceindustries, and it meets requirements of the modern service industry clusteringdevelopment in the network information era. Focus on the key technologies andapplications of networked integratedservice systems, the dissertation does the researchas follows:①The dissertation systematically analyzes the conception and the characteristicof networked integrated service systems, and proposes a structured conceptual model.According to the integrated service organization scope and the integrated serviceresources size, the dissertation classfies networked integrated service systems into fourtypes, and explores mutual integration relations. According different characteristics ofnetworked integrated service systems, two kinds of network integration service systemarchitecture models are given in this dissertation: centralized architecture model anddistributed architecture model. Furthermore, the integrated process model of networkedintegrated service systems and the reference model of integration technology platformare also discussed in the dissertation.②On the basis of analysis include the characteristics, driving force and affectingfactors of the network integration service organization alliance cooperation relations. On the profit allocation problem of networked integrated service alliance, thedissertation analyzes the fair and reasonable profit allocation principles for the networkintegration service alliance, and proposes a kind of hybrid allocation mechanism whichcombined beforehand allocation and afterward allocation. Based on the cooperativegame theory, the dissertation designs the beforehand profit allocation model to determine the expected benefits of alliance members. According to the alliancemembers’ contribution, risks undertook and cooperative position, the dissertationdesigns afterward profit allocation model to determine the afterward benefits of alliancemembers.③On the unified semantic description problem of distributed heterogeneousservice resources in networked integrated service resources management, based onOWL-S ontology description language, the dissertation presents a networked integratedservice resources ontology model, which provides a semantic conceptual model fordistributed heterogeneous service resources. Then the dissertation defines a resourceservice semantic template to provide unified information description specification forthe semantic description of resource services. To search and discover resource services, the dissertation propses a semantic matching process of resource services, as well as thematching algorithms of basic matching, I/O matching, QoS matching and synthetizedmatching.④On the optimization problem of networked integrated service chains, thedessertation formally defined it as a multi-objective programming problem withmultiple constraints, proposes an optimization algorithm based on improvedmulti-objective genetic algorithms. The proposed algorithm uses a distance-basednonparametric population diversity measurement operator, and diversity control isinvolved in the process of adaptive value assignment, elitist maintaining and selectionoperation. The proposed algorithm can optimize multiple objectives at the same time onthe premise of meeting the constraints and finally get a constrained Pareto optimumconstruction solutions set of networked integrated service chains. The simulationexperiment of a real case shows that the improved multi-objective genetic algorithmscan achieve global convergence and has better solution quality and distribution, whichmeets the practical requirements of networked integrated service chain optimization.⑤On the practice of networked integrated service systems, the dissertationdiscussed the realization of a networked integrated logistics service system whichdeveloped by a inland free trade port area. The dissertation discusses the systemrequirments, the system architecture and functional model, finnaly analyzes theapplication effects.
