In the modern times it is crucial to use human development factors properly and ensure individual development and human educational rights in all possible ways. Under these circumstances it has grown urgent to study human individuality and characteristics. This is the social demand which has emerged in relations with using human factors properly and developing social members. In the other side the individual development and existence are inseparably related to human individuality. Human development theory-Both western and eastern scholars have been paying to importance of studying human individuality which is one of the main methodological issues. Based on these rich traditions, the dispositional approach of behaviorist theory (Allport, Eysenck, Cattell) is applied in our research to study psychological difference, in detail individuality of Mongols. The dissertation is comprised of five chapters. In the Chapter One, the study terms, purpose and importance as well as theoretical parts are included. In the Chapter Two, H.Eysenck’s study for individual psychological characteristics and in the Chapter Three, R.Cattell’s 16PF factors for individual psychology. In the Chapter Four, the interview study to define factors which affect psychological difference of the 25-65 aged Mongols is included. In the Chapter Five, the general results of the study are included. The study is aimed to generate authentic results based on the precise indicators. So the study used Eysenck’s individual psychological test version for adults and the 25-65 aged 500 herdsmen from five regions were involved in the study. In addition, the C version of R.Cattell’s 16PF factors for individual psychology for adults were selected to interview 25-65 aged 650 persons from five regions to define individual behavior difference. For further details of the above mentioned two studies and factors that affect individual psychological difference, based on the examples of 50 herdsmen, the factors which affect the individuality of 25-65 aged Mongols were defined. The study has the importance by defining that the individuality of 25-65 aged Mongols differs from other nationalities in relations with their cultural difference, social attitude and historical background and etc. Furthermore no official studies have been conducted to reveal the psychological difference of 25-65 aged Mongols and it is believed that our current study will be followed by future studies on this topic. However no obstinate character has been revealed. It is assumed that in terms of H.Eysenck’s study to define human characteristics, the study results demonstrate that 25-65 aged Mongolian herdsmen are middle level revealed. Extrovert and introvert indicators E make is extrovert tended. N or neurotic make is well balanced. Also P or adaptable and inadapable make is well balanced. These makes have difference aleatory in part factors age, gender, region, education level, and herds years. In terms of R.Cattell’s study, it is found that 25-65 aged Mongolian herdsmen are sociable, kind and easily communicated, trusting, externally emotional, honest, morally right, persistent and prefer orders. However they are also dependent on groups and society and have low capacity to recognize situations compared to other factors. In terms of gender, the women are kind, peaceful, sensitive and imaginary, dependent on others and lack in care and attention from their husbands and relatives and psychologically instable compared to men. The men are realistic, responsible and well logically minded, self-satisfied and do not often feel down, do not show developed feelings externally and have balanced mood when happy or sad.In terms of ages, the 25-45 aged tend to be easily communicated, emotional with more external expressions, responsible (follow elders’words), persistent and more striving to think alone, light minded, worrying, sensitive to warnings and blames, open to new things, aspiring to search different ideas and information, criticized minded and inacceptable to any news, hasty, instable, hurried and to act in a deceitful and smart manner, to be less patient, instable and to prefer their reputation. The 46-65 aged tend to have a realistic view and to be interested in solving practical issues, to be independent, relaxed, organized, less anxious to unexpected situations and these characteristics are the result of gained experiences. The process of working and making decisions independently becomes more worrying related to their gained experiences, wise mind and solidity while their life energy and health weaken with ages; they began to accept mind rather than physical strength and speedy practical activities cause troubles for them.In terms of regions, the herdsmen from central regions tend to be psychologically stable, self-controlled and persistent. It can be assumed that these characteristics are related to natural factors including wide open areas and warm climate and less prone to sudden harmful natural disasters as a result, this area is sparsely-populated, grassland rotation is low and nomadic movement is limited. In the western regions, group opinions are used as an orientation and always miss external assistance. It can be assumed that their instable feelings are related to their environmental factors including ground surface height difference, high mountains and hills, hard climate which cause frequent movements during four seasons. It can be assumed that for the eastern regions, the low capacity in recognizing situations can be related that the participants in the study had emotional expressions which affected the mind organization in a negative way.In addition it can be assumed that their worrying and lonely characteristics can be related to natural formations and circumstances which have high mountains, less forest, low hills with round peaks in the most regions. According to the introvert and extrovert indicators of general individual characteristics by H.Eysenck, the 25-65 aged Mongolian herdsmen are introvert in general in detail the introvert indicator of the eastern herdsmen is higher than other regions or the restful, demureness and ability level is low factor was compared to the other regions which indicates that it is higher in this region. In Khangai regions, the herdsmen tend to be easily communicated with others, to prioritize real outcomes, to be open-minded and to show more external emotional feelings. These high and low indicators can be related to their natural peculiarities including natural beauties, infrastructure, and external and internal tourism relations development. In Ulaanbaatar region, it can be assumed that herdsmen tend to have low capacity in determining orientations and to be hasty, hurried, emotionally instable, light minded and to enjoy being free, to be tolerant, self-controlled, angry, stressful. It is assumed that the closer to the settled civilization, the less peaceful while the decrease in unpunctuality. Our study has integrated the above mentioned two characteristics and differences f their factors and through observation and interview methodologies, the factors which affect these differences have been defined. As a result, the main factors which affect the psychology of the 25-65 aged Mongolian herdsmen are related to their age, gender, environment, family upbringing, landscape differences, customs and traditions.
