As the latest Network Media Technology, Social Network has become a daily necessity to people. Whether the social networks aboard (such as Facebook, Twitter) or the Chinese social network (such as Weibo, WeChat and Renren), is increasingly popular among college students. In such circumstances, the effects of social networks on college students’moral psychology and behavior have attracted increasingly attention from academia and education department.However, the Web2.0 era is the Internet mode which is generated by the users. In recent years, from the perspective of target audience, the research on the effects of social networks on the moral psychology and behavior of college students which based on the comprehensive consideration of the different features and functions of social networks and the complexity of College Students’ moral psychology and behavior is still at the early stage, which needs to be developed in depth.Based on the analysis of related bibliography, supported by the theories of communication and moral psychology, this paper explores the relationship between the functions of social networks and the variables of moral psychology in depth by using interviews and questionnaire survey. Firstly, it will investigate the relational model of moral cognition, moral emotions, moral Identity and moral behavior. Secondly, it will analyze the relationship between the perspective of audience on the features of social networks and moral cognition, moral emotions, moral Identity and moral behavior. Thirdly, it will explore the difference of the effects of the social networks on the moral mechanism which is caused by different property of each individual.The major research findings is reflected in the following three aspects:1. This paper clarified the relationship between moral cognition, moral emotions, moral identity and moral behavior,and develops a e relational mode of the four elements. Empirical results show that moral cognition on moral emotion both significantly affects moral identity, moral emotion and moral identity both significantly affects moral behavior, and moral emotion and moral identity both mediates the effect of moral cognition on moral behavior.2. This paper also build the mechanism model of the effects social networks on moral and the interrelation was confirmed by cmprical studies. The results show that the usefulness of social networks significantly affects moral cognition,the interactivity of social networks significantly affects moral cognition, moral emotion and moral identity. The credibility of social networks significantly affects moral cognition, the entertainment of social networks significantly affects moral cognition.3. Explored the influence of social networks on moral mechanism at the individual differences of basic attributes. Studies found that differences in gender and education will lead to social network effect on the moral mechanism is different.By clarifying the relationships among the key variables in the process of moral socialization, the paper will expand and enrich the theories of moral psychology. By building the mechanism model of the effects of social network on moral, it will provide the scientific basis and the methodologies for the reasonable use of social networks to the college students.
