As an important link of talent training, the state pays great attention to college student work. Both internal and external environment of college student work in the new period is constantly changing and the student work is faced with a series of new situations. The core objective of college student work is how to improve the timeliness and pertinence of college student work and enhance the attractiveness and infectivity of the work. Therefore, the formation and improvement of the competence of college student work are a research topic to which the current academic circles and the first line of the college student generally pay close attention.Scholars conduct a lot of research around college student work. But throughout the domestic and foreign existing research results, the study on college students’ affairs competence is still in their infancy. The research quantum is less and research contents stay in the introduction of the surface layer concept and lack the core research on its constituent structure and formation mechanism. Although some scholars put forward requirements and standards for the corresponding students’ affairs competence from national related documents; or put forward the corresponding students’ affairs competence from a hot phenomenon of the student work, both are not enough systematic and comprehensive. Because the formation mechanism of college students’ affairs competence is not deeply conducted, improvement of the effective students’ affairs competence cannot be formed and lack of research results on enhancement of the competence of college student work from the point of view of knowledge management. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the study of college students’ affairs competence, explore the interaction between knowledge and ability combined with the theory of knowledge management and improve the corresponding students’ affairs competence.This study discusses college students’ affairs competence from a point of view of the formation mechanism and knowledge management of college students’ affairs competence on the promotion of college students’ affairs competence and its main contents are the following three aspects:(1) put forward the concepts and dimension division of college students’ affairs competence and establish the multidimensional structure model of college students’ affairs competence; (2) study the conversion process of the knowledge and knowledge in college students’ affairs competence, as well as the relationship between knowledge and competence in the student work; (3) research the formation mechanism of the professional, specialized and knowledge ability in college students’ affairs competence, build the model and respectively explore the improvement based on the professional ability, specialized competence and knowledgeable capability.Specifically, innovation points of this study are mainly in the following five aspects:(1) Reveal the concept and its composition of college students’affairs competence and set up the multidimensional structural model of college students’affairs competence. Resolve the connotation of college students’affairs competence that is in the aggregate of the professional ability, professional competence and knowledgeable capability. Divide the strategic management competence, organizational competence and standardized evaluation competence of the student work into professional competence sub-dimensions. Knowledge base construction competence, knowledge coordination ability and intelligent decision competence are knowledgeable competence sub-dimensions. A multidimensional structural model is set up on the basis.(2) Demonstrate the interaction between the knowledge system and its competence in the college student work and construct an interactive model of the knowledge of college student work. This study puts forward a concept of college students’affairs, deeply researches explicit and tacit knowledge in college student work and explores its process of continuous transformation through the socialization, externalization, integration, internalization. Build an interactive model of the knowledge and ability of college student work, with the empirical study, the transformation of the students’affairs plays a role in promotion of part dimension of the students’ affairs competence(3) Reveal the formation mechanism of the professional competence of college student work and put forward the improvement of the professional competence of the student work from three dimensions the strategic management competence, organizational structure competence and standardized evaluation competence of the student work. Demonstrate the concept, role and its formation mechanism of the professional competence of college student work and integrate and discuss the overall formation mechanism of the professional competence of college student work, in which the strategic management is taken as the guidance for the high-end, organizational structure for the mid-end and the standardized evaluation for the lower-end. And discuss the improvement competence of the student work based on the knowledge from the entire perspective.(4) Investigate the formation mechanism of professional competence of college student work and discuss respective concepts and formation mechanism as well as the relationship between each other from three dimensions the theoretical research competence, organizational learning competence and knowledge innovation competence of the student work, among which the theoretical research competence of the student work is the foundation, organizational learning competence of the student work is the way and knowledge innovation competence of the student work is the target. Discuss the importance of knowledge to the theoretical research of the student work, build the learning organization of the student work and improve the knowledge innovation competence through knowledge learning and integration.(5) Reveal the formation mechanism of the knowledgeable competence of college student work and put forward the competence improvement of various dimensions of the knowledgeable competence of the student work. Respectively discuss their respective concepts roles and formation mechanisms of the knowledge base construction competence, knowledge coordination competence and intelligent decision competence and point out the three sub-competences of the progressive relationship. Explore the design and implementation of the student work knowledge collaboration platform and intelligent decision system on the basis of the knowledge base of the student work.
